INTRODUCING PURE MOTORSPORT

Who are we? Pure Motorsport is an emerging Adelaide company, dedicated to providing comprehensive coverage of motorsport events around the nation. Our goal is to lift the profile of Australian motorsport on local, national and global scales. Using the latest internet broadcasting technologies, we at Pure Motorsport have the potential to achieve our ultimate aims. Over the past year, a dedicated rotating team of ten volunteers have worked for Pure Motorsport. The team achieved great results in 2009, covering Sprint Auto Parts Rally SA, Yokohama Alpine Rally and the last round of the Shannons Nationals at Sandown Raceway. Coverage included live streaming, and a variety of video-on-demand content, including interviews, in-car footage and complete races. We are proud to present you with an unique advertising opportunity. It gives you the opportunity to market directly to motorsport fans online, 24/7/365 and be involved with an evolving company on the Australian motorsport scene.

What do we do? Pure Motorsport offers a range of media services for motorsport events, competitors and championships. Online Video Sharing Through our web site, www.puremotorsport.tv, we allow motorsport competitors, fans and event organisers to share their videos online. All of our event videos and live streams can be viewed on this site, as can our news, blogs and forums. Live Event Streaming We have successfully streamed a number of motorsport events live on the internet. We continue to develop this technology to improve viewing experiences. High quality video is available on our web site complete with interactive chat, where we take on user feedback and adjust as appropriate.

Video on Demand Highlights We also support events with Video on Demand highlight packages uploaded to our web site. This includes in-car footage, interviews, technical features and any other content requested by event organisers, competitors and fans.

Why do we do it? Pure Motorsport was born out of a need in the motorsport community for media coverage for events which couldn’t afford traditional television. We developed an approach which is beneficial for all stakeholders:

Fans are able to watch any race, anywhere, anytime, live or on demand.

Families and friends can watch loved ones compete in events they would otherwise miss.

Sponsors experience increased exposure, boosting their audience from the local race track to a national and international audience of thousands.

Pure Motorsport’s Facebook fan page is an opportunity for us to communicate to our fans during their leisure time on this popular site. The page includes content syndicated from the web site, alerting fans when new videos, news, blogs or forum topics are posted. Our fans also have the opportunity to actively interact with us. Stats

It reaches an average of 4.4% of global internet users each day. It is far simpler than Facebook, allowing only 140 character news updates that are quickly and easily communicated to followers. Our Twitter page publishes news updates whenever videos, news and forum topics are posted. It is also linked to our Facebook fan page to copy the current Facebook status to Twitter. Followers such as popular Adelaide social news site GLAM Adelaide (www.glamadelaide.com.au) include a Twitter update box on their front page, allowing casual visitors to see Pure Motorsport updates and click on links to Pure Motorsport content. Who is our audience? Our key demographic comprises of males, 18-48, with an interest and passion for motorsport. While Pure Motorsport engages with its key demographic with great success, we also aim to increase the appeal of motorsport to wider audiences. We recognise that our emerging demographics are women and children; the families of competitors who visit www.puremotorsport.tv to watch their loved ones compete. This gives us a unique, wider demographic than is traditional for motorsport, making partnership with Pure Motorsport an exclusive proposition in the Australian sporting landscape.

Promotion Pure Motorsport continually works for the promotion of www.puremotorsport.tv. So far we have been featured on a number of web sites, both motorsport and general news sites, as well as in magazines, including Motorsport News. We have a number of enthusiastic fans through our social networking profiles, including almost 700 fans on Facebook, and a growing number of Twitter followers. This enables us to communicate quickly and succinctly to our fans during their leisure time, and update them when new content is posted.

We run an extensive online advertising program, including advertisements on Google and Facebook. This enables us to continue to expand our reach to new areas, including overseas markets where we have seen a significant increase. In addition, we have planned a comprehensive advertising campaign for 2010, budget permitting, which will see us attempt to increase awareness of www.puremotorsport.tv in the wider community. This will allow us to grow our audience so as to include those with either a casual or no traditional motorsport interest. We have also recently confirmed we will produce a South Australian motorsport show, to air on local TV station C31 Adelaide. Full of unique, local, grass roots content, this provides further opportunities for cross promotion. At Pure Motorsport we continually work to increase our audience and global reach. This in turn increases the value of advertising on www.puremotorsport.tv, ensuring you continue to receive the best possible results and optimum value for money.

OPPORTUNITIES We have a variety of advertising opportunities available to prospective partners. All advertising zones are limited to 10 ads, and we limit our partners to ensure we have no competing partners (i.e. one ad partner per industry). This ensures your message is stronger, and you are the only partner on the site with that particular message.

Performance Measurement As with every advertising opportunity put forward, performance must be measurable in order to determine cost effectiveness and potential for future advertising partnerships. At Pure Motorsport we are fully aware of this need, and have systems in place that monitor how well your advertising performs. We are able to provide advanced statistics including but not limited to viewing figures and audience demographics to all advertisers on a monthly basis. In addition we are able to provide you with in-depth data regarding your advertising performance, including page impressions, clicks and click through rates, to enable you to determine the continued impact of your advertising with Pure Motorsport.

Advertising Opportunities Leaderboard Featuring your advertising in the premier location on the web site, this gives your brand the most significant exposure. The size and placement of this advertisement, 960 x 100 pixels, ensures your brand stands out. Content Your advertising is featured prominently below the main feature of the site: the videos. At a large size of 700 x 100 pixels, it allows you to maximise the impact of your brand.

Column The column of each page features a square advertising area, 250 x 250 pixels. This different shaped area could be used to promote your brand, a different offer and/or service, or more information. Footer At the bottom of every page is an area of 960 x 100 pixels spanning the entire width of the content area. This gives you the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on visitors. Video Pre Roll For those with video advertisements, this gives you a unique opportunity to expose your brand to potentially thousands of viewers per day. Video Pre Roll advertisements must be watched by visitors before they can watch their desired video, making every video view on the site a view of your advertising. With every event we cover, traffic to www.puremotorsport.tv increases exponentially. In 2010, Pure Motorsport have confirmed we will be covering the following events:

Scouts Rally SA, round 3 of the Australian Rally Championship, including significant exposure through event sponsorship.

Most local South Australian motorsport events through our new TV show screened locally on C31 Adelaide.

Pure Motorsport is also in negotiations with a number of other national championship events for 2010. We continue to look at emerging technologies and trends that work for fans and ensure that they stay involved in the action. This includes further development of our social marketing activities and ways to enhance communication with our intended audiences.

Advertising is billed on a quarterly basis unless otherwise negotiated.

Advertising is invoiced as a 30 day account. Any advertising unpaid after 30 days will be suspended pending payment.

Naming rights is invoiced on a calendar year basis (or balance thereof).

Advertising costs assume the advertiser supplies their advertising in a suitable format. Pure Motorsport can develop suitable advertising at an additional cost subject to negotiation.
