There are many parallels between our business and WestJet’s rise to success. WestJet has become known for friendly service, great staff, and an extraordinary workplace in an industry where cost cutting and dissatisfied customers were the norm for many years.
We are no different than WestJet, a great hotel, or a five-star restaurant as we are judged by the quality of our customer service, staff engagement, exceptional patient care and competent medical support of our referring physicians.

Pureform & PureKids Radiology provides X-RAY, Mammography, Bone Density, and Ultrasound to the Calgary, Airdrie & surrounding communities.
We specialize in Pediatrics and Women’s Health, while providing expert Diagnostic Imaging for the entire family.
We are the same doctors who work at the Alberta Children’s Hospital, providing unmatched pediatric expertise in Alberta. (But don’t forget, we take exceptional care of adults too!)
Our services are 100% covered by Alberta Health Care, meaning our services are free-of-charge for Alberta residents.
We accept requisitions from any clinic or provider. Patients can bring any diagnostic imaging requisition from their physician to Pureform & PureKids Radiology.

The easiest way to kill a great culture is through politics, sects, pacs, niches, hordes, groups, cliques, exclusion, and all things that build walls between people. That’s not how we do business.
Oh, and negativity, gossiping, and hard feelings kill companies and cultures too. Let’s just be nice to one another.
