The DTP helps you get the most out of your day, and so you can remain focused on what you need to do, and only attend to those tasks which bring you closer to your targets. At the end of doing your DTP, you will have a list of items that you have to achieve today, and you can structure your day around completing the tasks on that list. As well as having a list of Daily Targets, you will also have a record of items that you may need to achieve "at some stage", or would like to do at some point (your "Mental Lock Box"). In addition, you will also feel fired up about your day ahead and working towards your targets, and have an understanding of what decisions/actions will bring you closer to your targets and what actions/decisions will lead you away from them. The DTP is something that you can't read about it and expect to understand - it's something that you have to try for yourself! For more information on what to do, just read Lesson 16 of your Virtuosity Book (or watch the Lesson 16 video) and follow the instructions provided in the Daily Target Praxis sheet (this is found in the PDF file titled "Simpleology 101 Worksheets" located under "Resources"). Some Simpleology members have already reported to a 2 to 3 times (or more) increase in productivity through their days just from completing their DTP each day! Page 1/1 Construct Zero Inc.
