Paperless Assignments

•Put your assignment on the page.•Embed a document for students to complete and send back to you.•Have students complete the document and submit it to you.

How to Embed a Document

•Go to your Weebly page•From them menu on the left select “doc File” and drag on to your page.•Click in the box and upload your document.

Web links•List websites or tools you want students to use and link them to the site.

•On your Weebly page type the name of the link or upload a picture.•Lick on the item and add the address of the website.

•Gallery: shows all images to be seen at one time.•Slide show: Features images one at a time.

Share Pictures

•From the “Basic” menu drag either the Gallery or the Slide show feature to the page.•Click on the item and add the address of the website.•Upload the pictures.

•Contact Information•Assignment FormBoth of these send the information to you through email.

Forms

•Poll: The Pole feature uses Polldaddy, and you get the results immediately or you can check back to your Polldaddy account.•Survey: Will send each individual response back to through email.

Add a Calendar from GoogleHow to embed your calendar on your website:

•In the calendar list on the left, click the down-arrow next to the calendar you want to embed, and select Calendar settings. •Copy the iframe code displayed in the Embed This Calendar section. Copy the code.

•Go to your Weebly•Create page or locate an existing page to add the calendar to.•In the tools on the left scroll down to “More”.•Drag the Embed Code box to your page.•Paste the code is the box.

When you update your Google Calendar the embedded calendar will automatically be updated also.
