Workshop goal:

West Virginia 4-H All Stars by constitution may nominate any 4-H member or volunteer leader meeting the requirements as stated in the Constitution. Both members and leaders are approver on their quality of service provided to the 4-H program and their community. Annually, nominees are not approved by the state All Star screening committee because the listed involvement does not describe the service specifically or just list offices held and/or committee membership. After attending this workshop, you will be able to get all of your qualified nominees selected, and you will be able to train All Stars in your county how to do a better job, also.
