The SchlumbergerSema QUANTUMQ1000 is a solid-state electronicmultimeasurement, transformer-rated,polyphase meter of unsurpassedaccuracy designed to be used at bulkpower flow points, including powerplants, substations, intertie points, andlarge commercial and industrial sites.The Q1000 meter measures and displaysthe per phase real and reactive power inall four quadrants along with thousandsof other values.
Active transformer technology combinedwith a 14-bit analog-to-digital converterreduces measurement errors to nearreference standard levels. Each Q1000meter meets or exceeds the accuracystandards for IEC 60687 for 0.2S andANSI C12.20: 1997 for class 0.2 meters.
The Q1000 has been tested andapproved by many internationallyrecognized laboratories in conjunctionwith local utilities. Among these are: inthe United States: California ISO, NewEngland ISO, Texas ISO-ERCOT, andDemand Side Solutions, Inc.; in Canada:Measurement Canada, Ontario IMO, andSubnet Solutions; in Netherlands: KEMA

The Q1000 meter is available in Socket,Rackmount, Switchboard, DIN, A-base, andDIN Flushmount configurations. Eachconfiguration is available in form five [3phase 3 wire delta, (2 element)] and formnine [3 phase, 4 wire wye (3 element)].
