Seiri is about identifying the necessary and unnecessary things..Here ,in the college canteen,examples of unnecessary things are:#unneeded equipments#excess shelves#spare bottles#obsolete working progress.

RESULTS:#workers are unable to find the items when needed#people fall over the things#food may get spoiled due to the delay in finding the items needed to make it !!!

SEITON IS INTRODUCED“ORDERLINESS/SYSTEMIZE”

Seiton is about locating and placing items in an organisation,it emphasizes on:#Easy to reach items#Clearly designated goods

To eliminate this problem,one has to:

1-Use special designated cart to organise items

-store similar items together
