The above picture is myself standing in the hallway outside my live-in companion's, essentially a step-daughter's, room, on Dec. 18, 2016, which adjoins my radio room, to the left in the photo of where I am standing.

My experience spans 30+ years of electronic design, project engineering, project management, business development and management of engineering teams of up to 15 persons long-term and 50 persons short-term. I have previously founded and

incorporated a small engineering exploratory development firm that operated in cooperation with the University of Pittsburgh as a NASA Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) contractor.



A great deal of my focus in examining and explaining the Christian religion concerns the function of extraterrestrials in the original appearance and ministry of Myself, Christ, on earth about 2000 years ago, as well as how they fit into My second

coming today. In that context, my 12 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced high technology systems for the US national defense was essential.

My radio station equipment complement is now: (1) a Yaesu FT-840 transceiver with (2) an external MFJ-784B tunable DSP filter; (3a) Turner +2 desk mic (retrofitted with internal electret-based YD1JJJ RF Clipper Speech Processor) or (3b) AT

Products M31 desk mic (retrofitted with Panasonic WM-55A103 electret cartridge); and (4a) a Drake L-4B (1250 watt PEP) or (4b) Ameritron ALS-600 (600 watt PEP) linear amplifier. Also, (5) a Dentron Super Tuner matchbox for my homebrew 33 foot (long) ground-mounted vertical with six (6) radials and (6) a B&W VS300A matchbox for my receive-only low-noise horizontal

loop.

Antennas: (1) 40, 17, 15, 12, and 10 meter bands - homemade ground mounted 33-foot vertical (1/4, 19/32, 21/32, 27/32, and 1 wavelengths, respectively) with 6 radials and fed with a RG-14 choke balun attached to balanced 450-ohm ladder-line to a Dentron Super Tuner inside the radio shack, (2) 20 meter band - 5/8 wavelength ground-mounted vertical, 12 radials - ZeroFive Antennas, (3) 40, 20, 15, and 10 meter bands - ground-mounted multiband resonator-trap vertical, 8 radials - Newtronics Hustler 4BTV, and (4) low noise, low altitude electrically short receive-only horizontal loop homebrew fed with balanced 450-ohm ladder-line.

My Father in heaven, the Living God, revealed my true reincarnated identity of "Jesus Christ" to me on November 30, 1985.

I believe that I am the second coming of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God!

During my previous occurence on earth, about 2000 years ago, I believe the manifestations of the Father working through Me included:

a) clairvoyant, psychic feats; for instance, as referenced in John 21:6-11, Luke 5:4-8, and Luke 22:10-13,

b) some high technology feats through the assistance of My Father in heaven's angels.

I do not subscribe to the accusations of that time about those feats being a result of the "king of demons," because of the benevolent and predominantly good nature of those actions.

I further believe that some humans have replicated certain aspects of the above feats in order to accomplish things that are neither predominantly good or benevolent.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)



The three photos below are of my faithful and loving companion, Toby, a female black labrador retriever - chow mix, who I raised like my own child with tender loving care and almost never a harsh word toward her. (I miss her greatly.)

In October of 1999, I adopted her from the Albuquerque, NM city pound, where she had been for three weeks at the age of 9 months and was scheduled for euthanasia. Toby had been mistaken by a breeder to be a Rottweiler and after cropping her tail as a puppy, this breeder abandoned her at the Albuquerque city pound when it became apparent that she was not a Rottweiler. We had 14 wonderful years together in Albuquerque (NM), Atlanta (GA), Donora (PA), Belle Vernon (PA), Tallahassee (FL), Pittsburgh (PA), Siauliai (Lithuania), Perryopolis (PA), and Uniontown (PA) until her

death by euthanasia on Nov. 25, 2013 (at the age of 15 years), as she had become miserable. totally incapacited, and wanted to pass away, after a two year battle with what turned out to be an internal tumor. During that two year period of a difficult to clearly diagnose ailment she was on and off of prednisone and an often accompanying antibiotic as that steroid depresses the body's immune system and she had varying degrees of constipation or diarrhia, which

required constant adjustments to her diet and application of various over-the-counter medications, but I was usually able to overcome the rear hind quarters paralysis, which allowed her to continue with long walks. She loved me until the day she died and had for many years thought herself to be a human; and "in the resurrection" in 'doggy heaven', she will be like the angels in heaven. Toby made her last wish clear that I was bever to replace her with another dog and I intend to honor her last request to the best of my earthly abilities. Although, she was tender towards me, she

was also ferocious when approached by a vicious canine. She loved chasing deer, chasing ducks, being my automobile co-pilot, chasing along my riding lawn mower at a safe distance, long walks together with me, and

crushing ground hogs who at one time had teased her.

We subsequently divorced in the United States in 2005 and 10 years later she married a former Pennsylvania State Constable (about her own age) that she had lived with for 10 years. Her son, Adomas, did a 4-year stint in the United States Marines that

culminated in a deployment in Afghanistan, where he was a 14 hours a day helicopter mechanic.



The above photo from Dec 2016 is of my 45 year old son, KD5ZKA, with his wife and their children, who reside in North Texas, near Dallas.

My son, has a BSME (mechanical engineering) from the Univ. of Pittsburgh and a MBA from the University of Houston. He has functioned in supervisory capacities for the last several years. He currently resides with his family in North Texas. Although, his focus is mostly on production, in an engineering design and development environment his current position would be equivalent

to Director of Engineering.

The following is a synopsis of my 42 year old daughter's professional experience: Kristin xxxxx, Principal Examiner, NCUA. Kristin xxxxx earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California University of Pennsylvania. She began her career with NCUA in 1997 and has been an examiner for 17 years. Kristin has been a specialized lending examiner since 2007 and focuses on commercial lending, indirect lending and private student loan programs. She has attended numerous FFIEC training courses and participated on several large credit union exams, including in Region II, as well as California and Alaska.

different area hospitals.

A UHF Channel Simulator for Digital Mobile Radio

A device to simulate the channel propagation characteristics of the ground mobile environment at UHF has been designed, built, and characterized. This device provides a flexible, easily changed set of simulated channel characteristics, which allows the performance of a mobile radio unit to be evaluated in the laboratory under controlled conditions. The channel simulator was

designed to simulate mobile platform speeds up to 675 mi/h and multipath components having differential delays approaching 10 µs. The channel simulator can provide up to four easily selectable, independently fading, multipath components, having calculated

time delay spreads of up to 3.5 µs. The adjustable fading bandwidths and the exceptional long delays were implemented using the relative new signal processing technologies of charged-coupled devices and surface wave devices. Envelope statistics such

as fading distributions and level crossing rates produced by the channel simulator show excellent agreement with theoretical prediction and documented experimental data.

A subinterval sampler is provided for sampling short duration analog input signal pulses with slower speed processing hardware than would otherwise be required. The peak value of the input signal is detected during each sampling interval

regardless of the absolute times at which peaks occur, an no input signal peak is missed. A pair of parallel peak detectors have active intervals overlapped by a duration longer than the rise time of the peak detectors, and have nonconcurrent inactive

"Green Pine is gone now, phased out in 1987. ERCS is gone as well. SLFCS is still around but modified. Bombers can now receive direct LF transmitted Emergency Action Messages (EAMS). B-1 and B-52 bombers are equipped with Miniature Receive Terminals (MRTs).

The MRT is a Very Low Frequency/Low Frequency (VLF/LF) receiver installed in the B-1 and B-52 bombers. B-1s are no longer used for nuclear missions and B-2s are equipped with AN/ARC-211 HF, AN/ARC-215 VHF/UHF, AN/ARR-85 VLF/LF receiver and Milstar satellite communications EHF communications.

The Very Low Frequency/Low Frequency (VLF/LF) and Strategic Automated Command and Control System (SACCS) teletype communication paths will remain critical components of strategic command and control.
