With reference to the letter no: "Qlfi-1, FP/MP/MRU10/2016/2344 mcm>r ~02/1112016, the reason for the shortcoming is described below:

Point no: 1 & 6 :- As the Block area is acquired under coal bearing act under 1957

vide the gazette notification of Govt. of India under three phases by Northern Coal

Fields limited i.e.( a} - 2387.61 ha. vide Gazate of India, ministry of energy,Departmnet

of Coal, New Delhi, 23rd December'1980, b} - 180 ha. vide Gazate of India, Extraordinary,

Ministry of coal, New Delhi, 17th December'2014, c} - 558 ha. vide Gazate of India,Extraordinary, part-II Section-Ill-Sub Section-(II) New Delhi 4th may'2016). The villages'

i.e (Churidah, Karwari and Jhingurdah) belong to the Tipajharia coal block were acquired

under the above mentioned Gazate notifications. The details has already been furnished

in the additional information column in the online forest application no:

FP/MP/MRU10/2016.

The signed copy of toposheet map has uploaded in the forest application.

Point no: 3:-

Kml file has been uploaded and verified, it is opening in the Mozila firefox browser,

and same may please be examined on Mozila firefox web browser.Point no: 4:-

As the coal is a natural resource, it does not confined to any boundary, therefore there

is no alternative area is available against the proposed prospecting area within the

forest area of Tipajharia Coal block. Hense, the map indicating location of alternativeP.T.O.

has already discussed in the letter uploaded in the clause c-1.

The signed copy of toposheet map, which is showing the existing roads and paths

available within the forest area 'of Tipajharia coal block that are used for the

transportations of the machineries during the process of exploration, has been uploaded

along with the detail description.
