In addition to our Equine Health Plan, we also offer a care plan for your cats, dogs and rabbits. For further information, please contact the practice.

Our Equine Health Plan is not equine insurance. It includes the essential treatments your horse needs throughout life, such as vaccinations, annual worm egg counts (12 months worth of worming products for plans where wormer is included) and a health check at each vaccination (every 6 months) all with a great discount compared to paying as you go. Extra benefits of the plan include exclusive discounts on many other products and services at the practice.

At Forest House Veterinary Surgery we believe that prevention is better than cure, rather than waiting until a horse is ill and suffering to put things right. Early diagnosis of health problems will help your horse live a long and healthy life. Through a simple monthly direct debit you can spread the cost of essential treatments across the year and make substantial financial savings. The concept of spreading the annual cost of household bills is a regular and well recognised feature of our daily lives – why should the essential preventative treatments for your horse be any different?

With so many vaccines and wormers on the market it is always difficult to be sure you are using the correct products, and that they are being used at the most effective times. As a member of the plan you will have peace of mind you are providing your horse with the best preventative care.

We will also ensure that as new developments occur in equine health care that we will incorporate these into the plan so you can be confident your horse is always provided with the best possible protection.

HOW DO I REGISTER?The Equine Health Plan is easy to join. Please complete a simple agreement form - your banking details are required. A one-off joining fee of £10.00 will be collected with your first monthly direct debit. For further information or an agreement form, please speak to one of our team. Alternatively, please call the Simplyhealth team on 0800 169 9958 to join over the

phone.

PLEASE NOTE: The discount on long-term drugs is available to registered clients obtaining these drugs exclusively at our practice. The veterinary surgeon will advise on worming requirement and which product should be used. Any veterinary work requested in addition to the plan will be charged for at the normal rate. It remains your responsibility to ensure your horses vaccinations are done within date.

The Forest House Equine Health Plan provides your horse with:✔ Annual vaccinations for Flu
