Quality Control Solutions for Today’s Hydronic Heating Applications

When the outdoor air temperature is below the Warm Weather Shut Down Setting, the control operates the mixing valve and enables the boiler to provide an outdoor reset water temperature to the system.

The Mixing Control 355x operates a 2, 3, or 4-way floating action (24 V (ac)) or modulating (0-10 V (dc) or 2-10 V (dc)) mixing valve to provide Mixing Outdoor Reset to a heating system. The 355x also provides two timer channel outputs for night setback.

The 500 series thermostats provide individual zone temperature control and are wired back to a Wiring Centre 375x for up to 10 zones. The Wiring Centre then operates the zone valves as required on a call for heat from the Thermostats. The 501x and 506x may provide night setback through two separate timer channel outputs from the Wiring Centre. The 510e or 512e Thermostats can provide up to four events per day for either a 7 Day or 24 hour schedule. The 506x, 510e or 512e Thermostats may have optional remote air, slab or outdoor sensors wired to them.

The internal air temperature sensor provides indoor air temperature feedback in order to fine tune the outdoor reset water temperature.

The remote indoor air temperature sensor provides indoor air temperature feedback in order to fine tune the outdoor reset water temperature.
