business. Here I conclude that the firm is using all the

Productivity is defined as a ratio between

output and input of such resources. The definition applies

whether it refers to, individual,a small business or a large one,

an industries, or a national economy.

Productivity improvement:-

1) Increasing the output with the same input.2) Decreasing the input for the same output.3) Increasing the output more than the increase in input.4) Increasing the output with decreasing input.

QUALITIVITY:-

Quality is defined as the meeting product specification andperformance as per customer exceptation.Quality is providing

customers products and services consistently meeting to their

Quality crafts was set up in 1979 in the suburbs of Mumbai city,

to manufacture the embroidery .At that time market wasdominated by famous international brands.

Despite unequal competition, this company called quality

crafts, survived and succeeded, by adhering to high quality of

embroidecal work and improving from time to time.
