BSM’s ERP Benefits Quantification process is based on a combination of our expertise in identifying areas where quantifiable benefits can be delivered by ERP and engagement with the business to agree the numbers. Once initial estimates have been made by the business on the potential scale of improvement, BSM will build a comprehensive financial model reflecting those improvements.
