The solutions use the 980 HDMI 2.0 Video Generator module.

Verifies HDR metadata, color grading and color decoding throughout the post production process.

The Dynamic Range and Mastering InfoFrame data includes an Electro-Optical Transfer Function (EOTF) and the Static Metadata.

Tests covered: – HDR: 4.2 Peak White, 4.3 HDR Black Level,

4.4 HDR Tone Mapping, 4.5 Wide Color Gamut, 4.6 Resolution, 4.7 Input Frame Rate and Bit Depth, 4.8 Grey Scale Tracking.

4.2 Peak White (Center Box) Test There are 4 pattern renditions with the white center box

ranging in size from 10% to 40% of the image.

Measures the maximum luminance at the center position in Reference Mode.

Measures the luminance over time for UHDTVs that have a screen saver mode.

Measures peak white luminance in Reference Mode.

User supplies spectroradiometer to measure luminance.
