  • The magazineThe South African Property Review magazine is the official voice of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA).

This glossy, A4 publication endeavours to inform all SAPOA members on matters that relate to and affect the fortunes of the property industry. It is an essential guide to commercial property business, property investment and funds, as well as commercial trends and the workspace environment.

Our audienceSAPOA members control the bulk of South Africa’s private sector commercial land and building stock, as well as manage the majority of property funds listed on the JSE. Each member is a leading player and decision-maker in the commercial property arena, who uses the

South African Property Review as an extension of SAPOA’s website and its other information platforms.

These members, who include company chairs, chief executive officers, and managing directors, often control massive companies and their associated budgets. As true decision-makers some of the brightest and most talented people in this sector occupy senior roles in the SAPOA member organisations.

  • DON’T MISS OUT on this well used and popular industry resource, where each year we accept a large number of listings and advertisements from professionals and service providers across the entire spectrum of property activities. SAPOA aims to provide added value by offering the basic listings free of charge to all members and in this respect we hope that we are assisting you in your marketing endeavours to some extent.

We thank you for your support in previous years, and in an effort to improve the look and ease of usage we have redesigned the directory layout to a 4 column grid and made available certain entries which will stand out from the norm.
