With careful consideration for the health and safety of our employees, members and community, we reopened five of six branch lobbies on Wednesday, July 22nd. The lobby of these branches are now open Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM. If you need assistance on Saturday that cannot be completed in our open drive thru, contact us to schedule a time to meet with a representative in the lobby. Our Anoka branch will remain closed until further notice. In order to keep our employees and community safe, we ask that you do not enter the building if you have been exposed to, or have had any, COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days. We also continue to encourage our members to utilize our open drive-thru locations, AHCUdigital and Mobile App, ATMs, call center, Phone Branch, night deposit, Mobile Check Deposit and our new AHCUface2face Video Chat. These services are available to meet the majority of your credit union needs. If you choose to visit a branch location, please be aware you may be asked to wait outside as we limit the number of members in our lobbies at one time. We have outlined the other lobby precautions we are taking below. However, these may change at any time should additional safety concerns become present. Social distancing will be required at all times. Installation of tape markers and signage to direct members where to go within our lobbies. Restrooms are not available. Arrangement of offices to accommodate social distancing and only designated spaces will be used for member interactions. Offices will be cleaned and disinfected after each member interaction.   • The Ron Nevala Award honors AHCU employees who participate in and are dedicated to both the Credit Union Movement and active in their communities. The award was established in recognition of Ron Nevala; a former AHCU Chairman of the Board. Ron possessed a strong leadership role and was dedicated to the credit union movement.

    This year’s winner is Angie Loe. Angie is an extremely dedicated and hardworking employee who is very passionate about the role credit unions play in the community and our member’s lives. She believes in the value of credit unions as well as providing support and superior service to all of AHCU’s members, whether internally or externally. Angie is committed to always looking out for our member’s best interest and ensuring every member she comes in contact with is treated as a valued member owner of AHCU.

    Angie is also active in the Credit Union Movement, she attends credit union events such as Peer2Peers,

    AHCU Virtual Annual Meeting6:00 pm (CT), Tuesday, August 18

    CREW meetings, CU day at the Capital, and chapter meetings and volunteers at the ACBC food shelf. Being a team player is also important to Angie as demonstrated by her strong work ethic. She embraces opportunities to develop employees who are driven to advance in their career within the Credit Union.

    AHCU will be using an online platform called CU Ballot to conduct a virtual annual meeting. Audio will be able to be heard during the meeting from the PC or mobile device speakers. Any materials handed out can be downloaded within the meeting platform.

    Login can be done at any time the day of the meeting prior to the 6:00 PM meeting start time. When logging in early, a wait screen will change to the live meeting once the moderator begins.

    1. To login to the virtual meeting, go to: https://www.cuballot.com/ahcu-meeting 2. Once on the virtual meeting website, enter the following information: • Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY) • Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number

    Those representing AHCU at the meeting will be able to be seen on the screen, however member attendees will not be seen by anyone.

    Please Note: Joint account owners may attend the virtual annual meeting with a primary member; however, registration and voting is limited to the primary member only.
