QUESTION 3 “Mixed Media”

Fragments and remnants of torn tickets, newspaper cuttings, old photography,

mementoes and found objects are often incorporated in mixed media artwork.

Ingrid Dijkers makes personal art books using combinations of found texts and

images, and graphic designer Isidro Ferrer rearranges everyday objects to create

human and animal characters for poster designs. Raymond Hains and Jacques

Villegle produce decollage work, and Robert Rauschenberg created mixed

media assemblages
