Question 5I attracted my target audience in many different ways. First of all I attracted my audience with the other artists in the rap industry. I used the names of many famous and popular artists as i knew my target audience would be attracted to this as they will be familiar with their names and their music and they would know that this magazine will appeal to them

I also attracted my audience with the language I used within the magazine. I stayed away from formal language techniques and ventured towards the use of using more language aimed towards the target audience age which is between 16-24

. I also used the clothes that have been used by popular artists throughout the current year and in the past as I also knew that my target audience would be attracted to this.

One more thing that attracted my audience is the use of the of the colours I used within my magazine. I mainly stuck to a mixture of a light and dark colours as I wanted it to contrast as they have the connotations of being linked towards good and bad and I wanted to keep a rough quality within my magazine but also wanted it not to be associated with violence.
