Looking back at my preliminary task, I felt I have learnt a lot more leading up to the creation of my magazine. One thing that I have developed is the use of the different technologies I have used when it came to making my magazine. This included software like photo-shop. I learnt how to edit a variety of text and images and played around with the use of changing the brightness, size and other aspects of images. I also learnt how to get rid of white backgrounds on text and on images. I learnt also how to manipulate images and change their size without distorting them. I also discovered how to use different pieces of presentation software such as prezi, scribd and powtoon to get a wide range of variety when presenting my work. Another thing I have learnt since the preliminary task is the use of camera techniques and the different ways the lighting in the area can affect the final image. I also learnt when being in pictures or when taking them, the different facial expressions that are being made can affect the picture massively.

Another thing I have learnt since the prelim task is how to use to make my front page, contents and double page spread better as I developed my skills when using different pieces of software such as adobe in design. In the long term this led to my magazine looking better and more professional when I finished it in the end. One more thing that I have learnt is the language and layout I need to use. For example when it came to making my magazines double page spread I learnt that I needed to introduce the story using 20 words which could capture what the article is about. Also I learnt the proper way to set It out when I made my magazine so that it is suitable.
