What is Aflac’s Everwell platform?

• A “3rd Party App” in Employee Navigator terminology

Products offered through Everwell

• Aflac’s voluntary insurance products provides a robust mix of options to help your clients control costs and navigate the consumer-driven health care landscape while helping employees protect what matters most. As of May 1, Aflac individual products are accessible through Everwell with plans for group products to be added later in 2018.

• Exchange-facilitated enrollment helps coordinate between multiple carriers and helps save on administrative costs.

Products vary by state and may not be available in all states. Individual coverage is underwritten by American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus. Group coverage is underwritten by Continental American Insurance Company (CAIC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aflac Incorporated. CAIC is not licensed to solicit business in New York, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. For groups situated in California, group coverage is underwritten by Continental American Life Insurance Company. For individual coverage in New York or coverage for groups situated in New York, coverage is underwritten by American Family Life Assurance Company of New York.
