Premise•Our Theory of Change has been a successful model for regional change in multiple initiatives•However, more and more of our work is taking us to where the “nexus of change” is a campus – not a district or region•And in driving campus-level change, we need more detail and a “checklist” to follow to apply lessons learned to what will help make the change process successful
