May, 2008 Quick Quote Equipment Breakdown Rating Tool For ease of use, this quick guide has been divided into the following sections: Quote and Bind ENERGYMAX 21 SM Coverage: This section will go through the steps to quote and immediately bind coverage. Since many times we will quote the coverage, exit the system and then return later to bind the coverage, we have also added the last section of this guide, Return to the System to Bind Coverage. Revise a Quote: This section will go through the steps needed to return to the system and revise a quote before coverage is bound. Return to the System to Bind Coverage: This section will go through the steps needed to return to the system and bind coverage for an account you previously quoted. Quote and bind ENERGYMAX 21 Coverage 1. Choose a Producer Code. The Choose Producer Code page will only display if your ID has been assigned to more than one Producer Code. If you do not see this page when you log onto the tool, skip to step 2 of this section of the quick guide. The ENERGYMAX 21 policy, if bound, will be issued with this Producer Code. Choose the appropriate Producer Code from the drop down list. Click OK. 2. My Quotes – Add a New Account. The My Quotes page is displayed. Click Add New. 3. Enter the Account Information. The Account Information page is displayed. Enter the insured’s information in the Name, Mailing Address, Agency Contact Name, Agency Contact Phone Number, Agency Email and Policy Effective Date fields. The Expiration Date field will default to one year after the Policy Effective Date you enter. The Expiration Date field can be changed to reflect any policy term length between three months and one year. For the Occupancy Code, click the beside the field.

Quick Quote Equipment Breakdown Rating Tool For ease of use, this quick guide has been divided into the following sections:

• Quote and Bind ENERGYMAX 21SM Coverage: This section will go through the steps to quote and immediately bind coverage. Since many times we will quote the coverage, exit the system and then return later to bind the coverage, we have also added the last section of this guide, Return to the System to Bind Coverage.

• Revise a Quote: This section will go through the steps needed to return to the system and revise a quote before coverage is bound.

• Return to the System to Bind Coverage: This section will go through the steps needed to return to the system and bind coverage for an account you previously quoted.

Quote and bind ENERGYMAX 21 Coverage 1. Choose a Producer Code.

The Choose Producer Code page will only display if your ID has been assigned to more than one Producer Code. If you do not see this page when you log onto the tool, skip to step 2 of this section of the quick guide. The ENERGYMAX 21 policy, if bound, will be issued with this Producer Code.

• Choose the appropriate Producer Code from the drop down list.

• Click OK.

2. My Quotes – Add a New Account. The My Quotes page is displayed.

• Click Add New. 3. Enter the Account Information.

The Account Information page is displayed.

• Enter the insured’s information in the Name, Mailing Address, Agency Contact Name, Agency Contact Phone Number, Agency Email and Policy Effective Date fields.

• The Expiration Date field will default to one year after the Policy Effective Date you enter. The Expiration Date field can be changed to reflect any policy term length between three months and one year.

• For the Occupancy Code, click the beside the field.

4. Use the Occupancy Help window to select the

Appropriate Code. The Occupancy Help window is displayed.

• Make the appropriate selection from the Select Occupancy Major Group list.

• Make the appropriate selection from the Select Occupancy Detail Group list.

• Click OK. 5. Complete the Information on the Account

Information page.

The Account Information page is displayed again and the Occupancy Code and Description are displayed.

• Scroll down the page to complete the rest of the information.

• Answer all of the underwriting questions based on the insured’s operations and prior loss experience.

• Click Continue. 6. Enter the Location Information.

The Location Information page is displayed.

• The location address defaults to show the account information previously entered. If the location information is different than shown, click the Reset button and enter the correct information.

• Enter the 100% Replacement Cost Values for Building, Contents and Annual Business Income.

• Click Add/Modify.

Note: Quick Quote allows for a maximum of 10 locations before a referral is required.

7. Enter Additional Location(s)

The Location Information page is displayed again, showing the first location entered at the bottom of the page.

Note: At this time, you can either enter the information for another location or move to the next page. For this example, we will move to the next page.

• Click Continue. 8. Add Policy Information

The Policy Information page is displayed and all of the fields are pre-filled with the minimum required Equipment Breakdown limits/deductibles.

Note: The values are pre-filled and can be increased or decreased.

Note: The Additional Coverages Limits can also be increased by selecting a higher limit from the drop down list. If you need limits that are higher than the limits displayed in the drop down list, click the Click Here button next to ‘Need higher limits?’. A referral will be sent to the BoilerExpress team and they will review the information and contact you.

• Click Continue.

9. Get a Quote

The Quote Summary page is displayed.

• Click Rate. 10. View the Quote Proposal.

The Quote Summary page is displayed again and now shows the Total Premium for the account.

• Click View Proposal.

11. Quote Proposal Opens in Adobe Acrobat

The ENERGYMAX 21 Coverage Proposal is displayed in a new window.

• You can save or print a copy of the proposal by clicking the appropriate icon on the Adobe toolbar. The proposal can also be accessed later online by returning to the rating tool.

• Click the ‘X’ in the top right corner to close the proposal.

12. Return to the Quote Summary Page

The Quote Summary page is displayed again.

Note: If you are not ready to bind the coverage, you can now either exit the quote by clicking on My Quotes (to return to the My Quotes page), or click on Exit (to exit the rating tool). If you exit the quote and need to return later to bind the coverage, proceed to the ‘Return to the System to Bind Coverage’ section of this guide.

13. Bind the Coverage and Submit the Account to

be Issued.

• Click Process Bind.

14. Complete the Bind Summary Information

The Bind Summary page is displayed.

• Answer all the questions at the bottom of the page.

Note: If you answer Yes to the Are there Mortgagees?, Are There Loss Payees? or Does Each location have a different contact person? questions, the Bind Summary page will expand to provide the necessary fields to enter the Mortgagee, Loss Payee or Contact Person as shown in the screen image to the right.

• Enter the Mortgagees, Loss Payees and

Contact Person in the appropriate fields as the page expands.

• Click Confirm Bind.

15. Coverage has been Bound and Submitted.

View the Binder

The Binder Message is displayed.

• Click Yes. 16. Proposal/Binder Opens in Adobe Acrobat

• When you are finished saving, printing or viewing the binder, click the ‘X’ in the top right corner of the window to close the binder.

17. Return to My Quotes

The My Quotes page is displayed.

Note: You can now either begin another quote by clicking Add New or exit the rating tool by clicking Exit in the left navigation bar.

Revise a Quote 1. Access the Account from the My Quotes

page.

2. Select the Account from Your Active List.

When you access the My Quotes page, all of your Active quotes (quotes not yet bound or withdrawn) will be listed in the middle of the page.

• Click the grey box in front of the row where your account is listed to select the account. The row will be highlighted in blue once you have successfully selected the account.

• Click Modify.

3. Make any Changes Needed on the Account Information Page.

The Account Information page is displayed.

• Make any necessary changes to this page by typing over the information shown.

• After you’ve made the changes (or if no changes are needed on this page), click Continue.

4. Make any Changes Needed on the Location

Information Page.

The Location Information page is displayed.

• Click the grey box in front of the row where the location to be changed is listed to select the location. (The row will be highlighted in blue and the information previously entered will populate the yellow fields on the page when you have successfully selected the location.)

• Make any necessary changes to the location by typing over the information shown.

• After the changes are complete, click Add/Modify. If no changes are needed, click Continue.

Note: If changes need to be made to multiple locations, select each location individually, make the changes, then click Add/Modify. When all changes to all locations are complete, click Continue.

5. Make any Changes Needed on the Policy Information Page.

The Policy Information page is displayed.

• Make any necessary changes to the Policy Information page by typing over the information shown or selecting a different limit from the drop down box.

• When all changes are complete, or if no changes are necessary, click Continue.

6. Get a Revised Quote

The Quote Summary page is displayed.

• Click Rate.

7. View the Quote Proposal

The Quote Summary page is displayed, and the revised premium is shown.

• Scroll down the page. Then click View Proposal. 8. The Revised Proposal Opens in Adobe

The ENERGYMAX 21 Coverage Proposal is displayed in a new window.

• When you are finished saving, printing or viewing the proposal, click the ‘X’ in the top right corner to close the proposal.

9. Return to the Quote Summary Page

The Quote Summary page is displayed again.

Return to the System to Bind Coverage 1. Select the Account

Return to the My Quotes page to being the process.
