TERMS AND CONDITIONS• Products ordered under the “Quick Ship Program” must be clearly designated on the customer’s purchase

order (PO) by annotating “Quick Ship Program”. In addition, products utilizing this program must be placed

on a separate PO.

• Products will be shipped on or before 5/10-business days from date of credit approval. Holidays, Bretford

scheduled vacations, available factory capacity and/or causes beyond Bretford’s control may delay delivery.

Customers will be notified if the specified program lead time can not be met.

• Products ordered with non-Quick Ship items receive a standard lead time. If non-Quick Ship items are

ordered with Quick Ship items on the same PO, the entire order will receive the longest leadtime as stated

by Bretford’s leadtime roll.

• Quick Ship orders can not be changed under any circumstance.

• Not applicable with any other program.

• Bretford reserves the right to cancel or change this program at any time.
