Welcome to the Metabolic Amplification System.

HOW TO USE THE METABOLIC AMPLIFICATION SYSTEM

Here’s how you go through the components of the system (do it exactly in this order):

1 Read the Nutrition Manual first: it is crucial that you get the most

out of it so read it twice if you have to

2As you read the Nutrition Manual, do what I tell you to do in every

“Call To Action”; don’t wait, do it as you read

3 Start implementing the nutrition action plan right away. It’s called

“Putting it all together” and it’s at the end of the Nutrition Manual

4Once you have the nutrition part dialed in (it might take you a week

or so to get things running), read the Training Manual

5 If you haven’t already, get a gym membership somewhere

between where you live and where you study/work

6Print your first workout sheet from the workout log and get your first

workout done

7 Read the Success Mindset and use it to reinforce your mental foundation

8Once you’ve taken control of your diet and your training and everything’s

going smoothly, you can go through the Lifestyle manual and start

experimenting with the techniques I share with you in there

9 Finally, check out the supplement guide to find out if you might be

interested to add some weapons to your arsenal in the war against fat
