The status indicator will show if the last spreadsheet submission was successful, or if errors were encountered. A brief message will accompany an erred status. By clicking on the status icon you will be taken to the status page where a new upload can be completed and additional information regarding the error will be available.

Column headers cannot be altered.
Spreadsheets should be saved in Word 97-2003 format. The file should have the .xls file-type extension
