Are you preparing for a placement in a kitchen or restaurant in Europe?
Are your language skills up to it?
Now is the time to start!
Eurocatering Language Training is
a virtual interactive environment (“The Cloche”)
free and freely accessible anywhere!
learning and practising language in contextat your own pace
“à la carte” (you choose)
Your task is to answer a chef, manager or customer in the foreign language.
In order to understand the chef, you will first learn the new words.
Learn the words step by step …
Practise your conversation skills in real-life dialogues.
If you don’t know the meaning of a specific catering term or expression, check the dictionary!
After learning the new words, return to the task.
First, interpret what the chef is saying in your own language.
Did he say something about chocolate?
Then, think of an appropriate answer in your own language.
(Feeling hungry yet?)
Finally, listen to the possible answers in the target language ...
… and solve the task!
