Quill’s Compact Pen features our widest slant top that ideally displays the many corporate logos that are wider than they are tall. The unique elliptical shape ensures the pen will not roll on a flat surface, while the soft-grip base provides exceptional writing comfort. For added convenience, the Compact Pen collapses to 9 cm when closed. The 1250 Series is available in three finishes: brushed chrome, matt black and blue.

Marking Techniques

Duraprint® - Quill’s proprietary imprinting technology - is an extremely durable printing technique, which exceeds industry standards and is only available for Quill products. Duraprint is available for up to 4 colour prints and uses a special process and special inks to print on all pens in the Quill range.

STORYBOARDS

A computer-controlled ‘rotary’ laser machine enables the pen to rotate during the laser process, offering you a larger than normal print area, ensuring a durable and high quality display of your message. On matte and lacquered products the laser cuts into the surface to reveal the substrate or core barrel colour. On steel products, the laser burns the surface without cutting into it, leaving a brown/black (oxidised) permanent mark.

On our exclusive Quill range we offer the possibility to display your message on the Slant Top of the Quill pen, using digital technology to give your message maximum visibility. The image is covered by a special resin, which protects the image in a durable way.

As an alternative to the customised Slant Top our Quill range, we offer the option of a Durastone slant top. The Durastone is colour-coordinated with the finish of the writing instrument.

Expand your advertising message with storyboards! Storyboard is a 3.8cm x 13cm card printed with your full-colour logo and/or a message on both sides. The storyboards can be inserted into any of our gift-boxed pens and sets. Storyboards may only be ordered with an equal quantity of pens.
