Allah Ta'ala ne tamaam insaanon ki duniya aur aakhirat kikaamiyaabi Deen-e-Islaam mein rakhi hai. Deen-e-Islaamh mein imaaniyaat, ibaadaat ke saath saath paakeezahamuaamlaat, muaasharat aur akhlaaq (Goodhusne umdaCharacter) sikhaata hai, jis se woh ek achchha insaan bantahai. Is liye har musalmaan par farz hai ke school, college aurdoosre kaamon mein se apna waqt faarig karein aur Deen-e-I inslaam ki taaleem haasil kare .Deen-e-Islaam ki tabuniyaadi aleem ummat tak'pahonchaane aur amal par khada karne ke liye “MunazzamMaktab(Organized Maktab)” behtareen zariya hai.Lihaaza mukhtalif idaaron aur masjidon ke zimmedaaraanaur ulamaa-e-kiraam aapas mein mil karko chaahiye kemehnat wa koshish karein, aur jagah jagah “MunazzamMaktab(Organized Maktab)” a in, is tarah ek achchhe qa im karenizaam ke saath kaam shuru kiya gaya h poori ummeed haito

ke Allah Ta'ala ka kalima aur Nabiye kareem HazratMuhammed ( ) ka laaya huwa deen ummat ke har kachcherpakke makaan mein bahot hi aasaani se pahonchega aur harinsaan duniya wa aakhirat mein kaamiyaab hoga.Idara-e-Deeniyat ne 10 saal ki mehnat aur tajarbe se“Munazzam Makaatib (Organized Maktab)” qaaim karne keliye Nizaam, Nisaab, Tariqa-e-Taaleem aur Nigraani kitarteeb banaayi hai, jo har taaleemi idare ke liye nihaayat hizaroori hai.Naye munazzam makaatib (Organized Maktab) qaaim karneke liye aur jaari makaatib ko munazzam karne ke liye Idara-e-Deeniyat ki taraf se “Tarbiyat” (Workshop) ka nazm kiyajaata hai jis mein poora kaam sikhaaya aur amali, jaata haitaur par dikhaaya jaata hai aur liyemunazzam maktab kezaroorat ki saari cheezein asal qeemat (cost price) meinpahunchaayi jaati hai.

Munazzam (Organized) MaktabMunazzam (Organized) Maktab us jagah ko kehte hain jahaan Naazra-e-qur’an padhaane

ke saath saath buniyaadi ilme deen sikhaaya jaata ho, jis ka nizaam umda ho, jis mein

mustanad wa mo’tabar nisaab pyaar wa muhabbat bhare andaaz mien ijtimaai taur par

sikhaaya jaata ho ke talaba ko padhne mein maza aaye, aur is ko me’yaari banaane ke

liye nigraani bhi ki jaati ho, jis maktab mein yeh 4 cheezein hongi woh maktab munazzam

kaha jaayega.

Agar jagah jagah saheeh tarteeb ke saath Munazzam (Organized) Makaatib qaaim kiye

jaayeinge to ummat ka har fard maktab ke zariye buniyaadi deen seekhega aur us par

amal kar ke duniya aur aakhirat mein kaamiyaab hoga.

Pichhle safhaat se maaloom yeh huwa ke munazzam maktab mein 4 cheezon ka hona

zaroori hai;

Idara-e-deeniyat guzishta 10 saal se munazzam maktab qaaim karne ke liye ijtimaai mehnat

kar raha hai aur maktab ka ek mukammal aur mufeed nizaam banaane ki koshish kar raha

hai, aur Allah ke fazl wa karam se jahaan jahaan saheeh tarteeb ke saath makaatib shuru

kiye gaye hain, wahaan badi taadaad mein talaba buniyaadi deen seekh kar us par amal

karne waale ban rahe hain.

Ab aap ke saamne maktab ke nizaam, nisaab, tareeqa-e-taaleem aur nigraani ke baare mein

bahot hi ahem baatein pesh ki ja rahi hain.

Chand baatein jin ke zariye maktab qaaim hota hai aur din ba din taraqqi karta

hai, use maktab ka nizaam kehte hain, woh baatein yeh hain; Fikar mand zimmedaar,

munaasib jagah, achchha maahaul, tarbiyat yaafta asaatiza, maktab ke ikhraajaat ko

poora karne ke liye fees wagaira ka nizaam, imtihaanaat aur saalaana jalsa ki tarteeb,

waalidain se mulaaqaat wa raabta wagaira wagaira.

Har idare mein nizaam reedh ki haddi ki haisiyat rakhta hai.

Maktab ke nizaam se taaleemi wa tarbiyati me'yaar baland hota hai.

Behtareen nizaam se bachchon mein taaleem haasil karne ka shauq paida hota

hai.

Maktab ke nizaam se bachchon ke waalidain mutaassir hote hain aur bachchon

ke daakhle mein izaafa hota hai.

1. Maktab ka Zimmedaar (Maktab In charge)

1.1 Maktab ka zimmedaar, masjid ka trusty, ilaaqe ka aalim, masjid ka imaam ya

har fikar mand shakhs ho sakta hai, jo maktab ko munazzam karne ke liye tayyaar ho,

aise shakhs ko maktab ka maqaami zimmedaar bhi kehte hain.Kisi bhi nizaam ko

chalaane ke liye ek zimmedaar ka hona zaroori hai, taake woh nizaam achchhi tarah

chal sake, us ke saath zimmedaar ke liye zaroori hai ke woh is cheez ko achchhi tarah

samajh lein aur us ki poori jaan kaari haasil kar le, jis ka use zimmedaar banaaya gaya

hai, taake us nizaam ke saheeh aur galat ko woh parakh sakein. Rasoolullah bhi kisi kor

ameer banaane mein isi baat ko tarjeeh dete the.

Taaif se 70 aadmiyon ka wafd Huzoor ki khidmat mein aaya, aur zaroorat ker

baqadar ilm haasil kar ke jab waapas hone laga to Rasoolullah ne Hazrate Usman binr

Abul Aas ko kam umr hone ke baawajood un ko ameer banaaya, jab ke us mein badit

2. Workshop

1 Maktab mein nizaam wa nisaab shuru karne ki ijaazat maktab ke zimmedaar hi

dete hain, lihaaza zimmedaar ka deeniyat nizaam wa nisaab (workshop) ko

samajhna maktab mein nizaam ko shuru karne mein aasaani paida kar deta hai.

2 Maktab ke intizaami umoor maktab ke zimmedaar se mut’alliq hote hain, lihaaza

zimmedaar ke liye zaroori hai ke woh nizaam wa nisaab (workshop) ko samjhe,

taake kaam mein aasaani ho.

3 Maktab mein asaatiza ke tabaadle ki soorat mein agar zimmedaar deeniyat

nisaab wa nizaam (workshop) samjha huwa ho to maktab ke me’yaar ko

bar’qaraar rakhne mein madad milti hai.

3. Waqt faarig karna

1 Maqaami Zimmedaar jab waqt ko (hafta mein kam az kam ek ghanta) faarig kar

ke maktab ke muta'lliq fikrmand hota hai, to maktab ka me’yaar buland hota hai.

2 Maqaami zimmedaar jab ustaaz ke saath mil kar maktab ki fikr karta hai to

asaatiza ko taaleemi me’yaar buland karne mein muaawanat milti hai aur unki

fikron mein bhi izaafa hota hai.

3 Makatab ke asaatiza aur maqaami muaawin ke saath mil kar un ko taaleem mein

pesh aane waali dushwaariyon ko door karne mein muaawanat kare aur

intizaami umoor ke masaail ko khud hal kare.

4. Masjid ya Kamra (Room) mein maktab

Rasoolullah ke zamaane mein har masjid mein deeni taaleem ka mukammalr

nizaam tha, jin mein masjide nabwi ko markazi taaleem gaah ki haisiyat haasil thi,

ulama-e-kiraam ne likha hai ke madeena munawwara ke 9 masaajid ke aas paas

bachchon ke liye taaleemi darsgaahein thein, jis mein qur'ane kareem ki taaleem ke

saath likhne ki mashq bhi karaayi jaati thi. [Ahde nabwi mein nizaame taaleem : 79]

Is ke alaawa logon ke makaan mein bhi taaleem di jaati thi, madeena munawwarah mein

Hazrat Musa'b bin Umair As'ad bin Zaraara ke makaan mein diya karte the, khudt t

Huzoor makki zindagi mein "Daare Arqam" mein taaleem diya karte the. Balke Hazratr

Abu Saeed khudri kehte hai ke Sahaaba-e-Kiraam jab kabhi baithte to aapas meint y

baat cheet kiya karte the, aur un ki baat cheet deeni masail wa ahkaam ke baare mein

huwa karti thi, magar yeh ke woh kisi ko hukm dete jo unhein qur'an sunaata tha, ya koi

apne taur par qur'an padhta tha.

In tamaam baaton ko saamne rakhne ke baad yahi pata chalta hai ke Sahaaba-e-Kiraam

ko deeni taaleem ke liye jagah kabhi rukaawat nahein bani unhein jab aur jahaan mauqa

mila deeni taaleem ka nizaam qaaim kar diya, lihaaza hamein bhi jagah jagah

munazzam makaatib qaaim karne ki fikr karne ki zaroorat hai.

1 Maktab ke liye Masjid ke alawah alag imaarat ho to behter hai, warna Masjid ki

sahan hi mein shuru karna.

2 Agar Masjid ka sahan na ho aur Masjid ke baahar doosra koi intizaam bhi na ho to

jagah ka intizaam hone tak Masjid mein maktab padhaane ki gunjaaish hai.

3 Aap aur Sahaabah ke daur mein Masjid-e-Nabawi mein Ibaadat, Daawat,r y

seekhna sikhaana aur khidmat chaaron kaam hote the.

4 Masaajid ki qeemti jaghon ko namaaz padhne ke saath ilme deen haasil karne ke

liye bhi iste’maal karna chaahiye.

5 Masjid ki committee aur Imaam pehle se maujood hone ki wajah se Masjid hi

mein maktab shuru karne mein muallim aur nigraani ka nizaam aasaan ho jata

hai.

6 Sab se behtar to yeh hai ke maktab ke liye koi kamra khareeda jaaye ya kiraye par

liya jaaye.

7 Ghar ke kisi khaali kamra ya sahan mein bhi maktab shuru ho sakta hai.

Aap aurton ki taaleem ka khusoosi ehtimaam farmaate the, ek martaba eid ker

mauqa par Aap ne logon ko waaz wa naseehat farmaayi, isi mauqe par kuchh aurteinr

bhi theen, jo mardon se peechhe theen, "Aap ko mehsoos huwa ke meri aawaazr

aurton tak nahin pahonch rahi hai, to Aap Hazrat Bilaal ke saath nikle aur un aurtonr t

ke qareeb gaye aur un ko waaz wa naseehat farmaayi aur sadqa karne ki targeeb di".

[Bukhari: 98, Ibne Abbaas ]t

Huzoor ke zamaane mein khud aurton ke andar bhi Deen ki baatein seekhne kar

bahot shauq aur jazba tha; chunaanche Bukhari Shareef ki riwaayat hai ke ek martaba

ek khaatoon Huzoor ki khidmat mein haazir huween aur kehne lageen: Ya Rasoolallah!r

Mard hazraat Deen ki baatein seekhne mein aage badh gaye, (kyun ke woh to har waqt

In donon hadeeson se kayi baatein maaloom huwi, ek baat yeh maaloom huwi ke

deen jis tarah mardon ke liye buniyaadi zaroorat hai isi tarah aurton ke liye bhi hai. Doosri

baat yeh maaloom huwi ke aurton ke andar bhi deeni jazba aur shauq bedaar karna

chaahiye. Teesri baat yeh maaloom huwi ke aurton ke liye alag aisi jagah ka intikhaab

karna chaahiye jahaan parde ka maaqool nazm ho.

5. Badi bachchiyon aur Mastooraat ke liye jagah

Woh jagah jahaan mastooraat ko mastooraat ke zariye Qur’an ke saath saath

Deen ki ahem aur zaroori baatein Shari’at ke daa’ire mein reh kar sikhaai jayein, us ko

mastooraat maktab kehte hain.

1 9 saak se zaaid umr waali bachchiyon aur aurton ke liye Shar’ee parde ki poori

riaayat ke saath jagah ka intizaam karein.

2 Bachchon ke woh makaatib jo dopahar ke auqaat (11 se 3) mein band rehte hain,

wahaan mastooraat maktab chala sakte hain.

3 Koi alag kamra kiraaye par lekar ya zaati makaan mein jis waqt mard hazraat na

rehte hon, mastooraat maktab shuru kar sakte hain.

4 Masjid se muttasil kamra jis mein aane jaane ke liye alag se raasta (jahaan

Shar’ee parde ki poori riaayat ) ho mastooraat maktab chala sakte hain.

6. Muslim School/ college mein maktab

1 98% talaba school mein daakhila lete hain, agar schools mein ilme deen

sikhaaya jaaye to aksar bachche asri taaleem ke saath Deen seekh leinge.

2 Woh talaba wa taalibaat jo kisi maktab mein nahin padhte woh Deen ka bunyaadi

ilm haasil kar lenge.

3 School mein pehle se nizaam maujood hai, sirf nisaab jaari kana hai.

4 Aisi tamaam schools jahaan ke tamaam talaba aur trusties Musalman hon, to

wahaan par deeni taaleem ka nizaam aasaani se qaaim ho sakta hai.

5 Schools ke trusties, principle aur asaatiza ko ummat ke haalaat aur unki

zimmedaari ka ehsaas dila kar nisaab ke fawaaid aur tajarbaat unke saamne

rakhe jayein aur unki zahan saazi kar ke nisaab shuru karne ki targaab di jayein.

6 School mein deeniyat ka nizaam shuru karne ke liye zaroori hai ke shariyat ka

khayaal rakha jaaye masalan bachchon ka libaas bhi sharai ho aur makhloot

taaleem na ho aur bade bachche aur bachchiyon ke liye muallim aur muallima ka

alag alag intizaam ho.

7 Muslim school aur collage ke taaleemi auqaat se pehle ya baad mein class room

ko maktab ke liye istemaal kar sakte hain.

8 Muslim school aur collage ke kisi khaali kamra mein taaleemi auqaat mein

maktab shuru kar sakte hain.

9 School aur collage ki khaali jaghon ko kiraaye par le kar maktab shuru kar sakte

hain.

7. Achchha Maahaul

Khud Rasoolullah bhi apne talaba (Sahaaba) ki in cheezon par nazar rakhter

the, Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah kehte hain ke Rasoolullah hamaare paas tashreeft r

laaye, to dekha ke ek aadmi ke baal bikhre huwe hain, Aap ne farmaaya kya is ke paas(kangi wagaira) nahein ke jis se woh apne baalon ko durust kar leta, isi tarah ek doosreaadmi ko dekha ke us ke kapde maile ho gaye hain, to farmaaya kya is ke paas paani,saabun wagaira nahein hai ke jis se woh apne kapdon ko dho leta. [Abu Daaood : 4062]

1 Islaam mein safaai ki bahot taakeed ki gayi hai, lihaaza maktab mein safaai kakhoob ehtimaam kiya jaaye.

2 Huzoor ne farmaaya: Tum apne sahan (aangan) ko saaf suthra rakha karo.r [Tirmizi :2799, Sa'd bin Abi Waqqaas ]t

3 Bachche apne atraaf ke maahaul se mutaassir hote hain lihaaza maktab meinsafaai ke maahaul se bachchon ke andar safaaai ki aadat padegi.

4 Sarparast aur waalidain maktab mein safaai ke maahaul se mutaassir hote hainaur ragbat se apne bachchon ko maktab bhejte hain.

5 Asaatiza maktab mein aane waale talaba ke uniform ke saath saath daant,naakhun, baal wagaira ki safaai par dhayaan dein. Aur aam zindagi mein safaaike ehtimaam ki targeeb dete rahein.

6 Peene ka paani, wuzu-khaana, tahaarat-khaana (koshish ki jaaye ke bachchonaur bachchiyon ke liye alag alag ho) wagaira ka achchha intizaam ho.

7 Maktab mein joote chappal tarteeb se rakhne ka nazm ho aur asaatiza bachchonko iski targeeb bhi dete rahein, taake bachhcon ke andar nazm wa nasq ki aadatbanein.

8 Maktab mein roshni aur hawa ka achchha intizaam ho taake bachchon ko padhnemein dushwaari na pesh aaye.

9 Maktab mein hasbe istita’at maaqool roshni ka nazm ho, jahaan light na howahaan tel ya gas-batti, invertor, generator ka nazm kiya jaaye.

10 Diwaaron par munaasib rang wa raughan kiya jaaye.

8. Tipaayi , Qaalin , Partition* * *

1 Maktab mein baithne ke liye chataayi ya qaaleen ka intizaam ho, taake maktab ka

maahaul achchha lage.

2 Chataayi ya qaaleen ki wajah se sardi garmi aur dhool mitti se jism ki hifaazat hoti

hai.

3 Tipaai ki wajah se maktab ka maahaul achchha maaloom hota hai.

4 Tipaai ke zariye bachchon ko tarteeb se bithaane mein sahoolat hoti hai.

5 Kaitaabon ko tipaai par rakhne ki wajah se kitaab ka adab wa ehtiraam baaqi

rehta hai aur kitaab ki azmat dil mein aati hai.

6 Ustaaz aasaani se har bachche ki kitaab par nazar rakh sakta hai aur padha

sakta hai.

7 Kitaab ya copy tipaai par rakh kar likhne mein aasaani hoti hai.

8 Tipaai is tarah rakhi jaaye ke tamaam bachchon ka ustaaz se faasla ek jaisa rahe

aur har bachche ko ustaaz ka chehra nazar aaye aur ustaaz har bachche ki

aawaaz ko sun sakein.

9 Agar ek hi hall ya sahan mein mukhtalif jama’atein padh rahi hon, to darmiyaan

mein aad (partition) kar dein taake talaba ki aawaaz aapas mein na takraaye,

warna kam az kam parde ka intizaam zaroor kiya jaaye taaki bachchon ki tawajjo

na bate aur seekhne sikhaane mein yaksooi haasil ho.

1 Maktab mein talaba aur taalibaat ke liye islami libaas bataur Uniform tey kiya jaye

2 Uniform se bachchon mein Islaami libaas pahanne ki aadat banti hai. Jis ki binapar ilaaqe mein islaami libaas ka maahaul banta hai.

3 Uniform se ameer aur ghareeb bachchon ke darmiyaan farq nahi rahta aurbachcha ehsaase kamtrari ka shikaar nahi hota.

4 Uniform se bachcha nafsiyaati taur per padhne ki niyat se taiyaar ho kar aata hai.

5 Uniform ke zariya maktab ka mahoul bhala lagta hai. aur maktab main aanewaale mehmaanon per achchha asar padta hai.

6 Uniform se islaami libaas ki azmat paida hoti hai neez maktab aur deeni taaleemki logon ke dilon main ahmiyat paida hoti hai.

7 Uniform ke zariye maktab ki tash'heer hoti hai jis ki bina par logon mein apnebachhcon ko maktab bhejne ka jazba paida hota hai aur daakhla mein izaafa fotahai.

9 Bachchiyon ke liye bhi shalwaar, qamees aur oopar se scarf ka uniform ho.

10 Uniform (dress) paabandi se aur saaf suthra pahan kar aane ki bachchon ko

taakeed ki jaaye .

11 Waalidain ko apne bachchon ke liye 2 uniform rakhne ki targheeb di jaaye. taake

bachcha kabhi bhi bagair uniform ke na aaye.

12 Ghareeb waalidain ko eidain ke mouqe par kurta, paajaama/ shalwaar, scarf topi,

silwaane ki ya khareedne ki targheeb di jaaye, taaki alag se uniform banaane ka

bojh na pade.

13 Ghareeb bachchon ke uniform ke liye ahle-khair hazraat ko aamaadah kiya jaaye.

14 Kitaab rakhne ke liye har bachche ke paas ek Deeniyat bag ho, taake kitaab ki

hifaazat ho aur kitaab laane le jaane mein aasaani ho.

15 kitaab ke peechhe bane huwe khaana mein shanaakhti card lagaayein taake bag

ko pehchaanne mein aasaani ho.

16 Har bachche ke liye shanaakhti card (identity card) ho, jis mein bachche ka name

ma’a waldiyat, rihaaishi pata, raabtah number aur bachche ki haaliya tasweer

chaspaa ki jaaye.

17 Shanaakhti card (identity card) mein bachche ka darja aur daakhila form number

bhi darj ho.

18 Shanaakhti card (identity card) mein darja ki wazaahat se intizaamiya ko

mut’alliqa ustaaz ka ilm ho jaata hai.

19 Shanaakhti card (identy card) se intizaamiya ko bachche/bachchi ko sarparst ke

hawaale karna aasaan hota hai.

20 Agar bachcha raasta bhool jaaye to shanaakhti card mein address ki madad se

bachche ko uske sarparst tak pahunchaaya ja sakta hai.

11. Maktab ke saamaan ka Stock

1 Maktab mein kitaab wagaira ka stock rakha jaaye, jis mein Deeniyat ki kam az

kam 20/ adad kitaabein zero saal aur saale awwal, har size ke uniform wagaira

har waqt moujood rahe taake talaba ki zaroorat waqt par poori ki jaa sake.

2 Is baat ki fikr ki jaaye ki har bachche ke paas kitaab ho. Har bachche ke paas

kitaab hone se bachche ko padhaane mein aasaani hoti hai.

3 Har saal ke shuru mein jab naye daakhle hote hain kitaabein, uniform, daakhla

form, pamphlet wagaira zaaid mangwaakar rakh lein.

12. Juma Mein bayaan

Rasoolullah ummat ke har fard ko deen ki buniyaadi taaleem haasil karne ki fikrr

dilaate, un ko us ki targeeb dete, yahaan tak ke Aap ne padosiyon ko fikr dilaaya ke woh

apne padosiyon se ilm seekhein aur padhe likhe log apne padosi ko ilm sikhaayein.

Madeena Munawwarah mein ek qabeela abaad tha, jin ko "asha'ariyyin" kaha jaata tha,

ye log to ilme deen se waaqif the, magar unhein ke pados mein kuch dehaati log abaad

ho gaye the, jo ilme deen se na waaqif bhi the, aur is se badh kar woh ilme deen sikhne ki

fikr bhi nahien kar rahe the aur na hi woh padhe likhe qabeele waale un par koi tawajjoh

de rahe the, Rasoolullah ko jab in logon ki is kotaahi aur gaflat ka ilm huwa to aap ner

mimbar par khade ho kar ek khutba diya, jis mein aap ne un ko sakht tambeeh farmaayi,

aur deen ki baatein jaanne waale aur na jaanne waale donon qism ke logon ki alag alag

zimmedaariyon ko saaf aur waazeh taur par bayaan kiya aur farmaaya ke yaad rakho! jo

log ilme deen se waaqif hain aur us ki samajh boojh rakhte hain, un ki yeh zimmedaari

hai ke na jaanne waalon ko deen sikhaayein aur wa'az wa naseehat ke zariye un ki islaah

wa tarbiyat ki koshish karte rahein aur jo log deen se na waaqif hain un ki zimmedaari hai

ke wo jaanne waalon se deeni ahkaam seekhein aur apne andar deen ki samajh paida

karein, warna hum donon qism ke logon ko isi duniya mein saza deinge. Chunaanche

qabeela-e-asha'ariyyin ke logon ne Huzoor se ek saal ki mohlat maangi, Aap ne unr r

ko mohlat de di, phir yeh log ek saal tak apne pados ke un dehaatiyon ki taaleem wa

tarbiyat mein lag gaye. [Kanzul ummaal : 8457, Abza khuzaai]

Jab Aap ne padosiyon ko fikr dila kar ilme deen ko aam karne ka hukm diya hai, to hamr

samajh sakte hain ke bachchon ko buniyaadi ilme deen sikhaane ke liye waalidain aur

sarparast hazraat ko fikrmand karne ki kitni zaroorat hai.

1 Maktab shuru karne se pehleawaam aur bachchon kesarparston ka zahan bananeke l iye teen Jume meinbayaan karna.

2 Bayaan ka maqsad yeh haike har fard tak maktab kiahmiyat, fazeelat, zaroorataur maktab ka nizaam wanisaab ki tafseeli maaloomaatpahonch jaaye aur awaamaur bachchon ke sarparastonki zahan saazi ho jaaye.

3 Pehle Juma mein Ummat ke haalaat, ilm ki fazeelat aur Farze ain seekhne parbayaan kiya jaaye aur waalidain ki zimmedaari bhi batlaayi jaaye, neez baaligaan(mard aur aurat) ki taaleem ki fikr aur apne ghar ki mastooraat ko mastooraatmaktab mein bhejne ki fikr karein.

4 Dusre Jume mein sahi tarteeb par makaatib chalaane ke fawaaid, Deeniyatnisaab ka mukhtasar ta’aruf aur paanch saala ijmaali khaaka bataayein.

5 Teesre Juma mein 5 saala ijmaali khaaka (Anaaween aur mazaameen ki tafseel)bata kar maktab shuru hone ki taareekh aur daakhile ka elaan karein, neezmasjid ke baahar dasti ishtihaar (pamphlet) taqseem kiye jaayein.

6 Nammaze Juma (Farz) ke fauran baad maktab shuru hone ki taareekh aurdaakhle ki tarteeb ka mukhtasar elaan bhi karein, kyun ki poora majma us waqtmoujood rehta hai. Elaan : Mohtaram bhaaiyon buzurgon aur doston : Hadeesmein hai ke ilme deen ka seekhna har musalmaan par farz hai is liyeAlhamdulillah is masjid mein bachchon aur badon ke liye ilme deen seekhne kanazm kiya gaya hai, maktab ka waqt subah dophar aur sham mein aap ki aurbachchon ki sahoolat ko dekhte huwe rakha gaya hai, aap hazraat khud bhidaakhla lein aur apne bachchon ko bhi bhejhein.

7 Teesre Jume ke baad do din tak paanchon waqt ki Namaaz ke baad maktab kamukhtasar elaan kiya jaaye.

8 Har namaaz ke baad; Alhamdulillah bachchon ki buniyaadi deeni taaleem kesaath saath un ki akhlaaqi tarbiyat ke liye is masjid mein subah, dophar aur shammein maktab shuru kiya gaya hai, lihaaza aap se guzaarish hai ke is mein apnebachchon ka daakhla karaayein, us ke saath saath baaligaan hazraat ki taaleemke liye bhi namaaze fajr aur isha ke baad intizaam kiya gaya hai lihaaza daakhlalein. Jazaakumullah.

9 Agar Juma mein bayaan na ho sake ya kisi ilaaqe mein namaaz e Juma na hoti hoto aisi jaghon par kisi aise din aur waqt mein jis mein log aasaani se jud sakein,ilaaqe ke tamaam logon ko jama karke maktab ki ahmiyat aur zaroorat bata kardeeniyat nisaab wa nizaam ke faaide bayaan kiye jaayein.

10 Agar maktab masjid mein na ho kisi kamra mein shuru karna ho to qareeb kimasjid mein bayaan kiya jaaye.

11 Har teen maheene mein maktab ki taaleemi taraqqi aur ilme Deen ki ahmiyat wazaroorat ke unwaan par awaam ke saamne Namaaz e Juma mein bayaan kiyajaaye.

12 Agar maktab chal raha ho to taaleemi saal shuru hone se teen maheene pehlejuma mein bayaan ke zariye naye daakhle ki tashkeel ki jaaye.

13. Mastooraat mein bayaan

1 Juma mein bayaan : Agar parde aur loud speaker ka maaqool intizaam ho to

bayaan mastooraat mein bhi sunaayein, kyun ki bachchon ko maktab bhejne aur

unki taaleem aur tarbiyat ke baare mein mastooraat zyaada fikrmand hoti hain.

2 Umooman maayein bachchon ki taaleemi zimmedaariyaan sambhaalti hain, is

liye mastooraat mein bayaan kar ke zahan saazi karne se bachchon ke daakhle

mein izaafa hota hai, aur woh apne bachchon ko paabandi se maktab bhejti hain.

14. Circular letter, pamphlet*

1 Maktab shuru karne se pehle teesre Juma mein Namaaze Juma ke baad

pamphlet taqseem karein aur infiraadi taur par bhi ilaaqe ya mohalle ke har ghar

aur har fard tak pahonchaayein.

2 Agar maktab masjid mein na ho kisi kamre mein shuru karna ho to qareeb ki

masjid ke baahar dasti ishtihaar taqseem kiye jaayein aur jidaari ishtihaar

lagaaye jaayein.

3 Naya maktab shuru hone par aur har naye taaleemi saal ke shuru mein dasti

ishtihaar taqseem karein taake waalidain ko pata chale ki bachcha is saal kya

padhne waala hai.

4 Maktab mein shuru hone waale juz waqti ya kul waqti sho’ba-e-hifz aur sho’ba-e-

aalimiyat ki ittila ke liye Dasti ishtihaar taqseem kiye jaayein.

5 Dasti ishtihaar (pamphlet) ilaaqaai zabaan mein hona chaahiye.

15. Hoarding*

1 Maktab shuru karne se pehle Ishtihaari parda hoarding masjid ke bahar aur

chauraahe par laga kar maktab ka elaan kiya jaaye.

2 Maktab mein shuru hone waale juz waqti ya kul waqti sho’ba-e-hifz aur sho’ba-e-

aalimiyat ki ittila ke liye ishtihaari parda (hoarding) lagaaya jaaye.

3 Ishtihaari parda (hoarding) ilaaqaai zabaan mein hona chaahiye.

4 Har naye taaleemi saal ke shuru mein ishtihaari parda (hoarding) zaroor tabdil

karein.

bachchon aur badon ka daakhla liya jaaye. Bahot chhote bachche jo peshaab ya

paakhaana ki zaroorat ka izhaar na kar sakte hon, unko daakhla na diya jaaye.

8 9 saal se zaaid umr waali bachchiyon ka nizaam mastooraat maktab mein

banaaya jaaye kyun ke bedeeni se deen ka kaam nahein hoga aur agar chhoti

bachchiyon ka nizaam mastooraat maktab mein banaaya jaaye to behtar hai.

9 9saal se kam umr ladkiyon ki jamaat agar mukammal ban rahi ho to us ka nazm

shuru hi se alag banaane ki koshish ki jaaye.

10 Baaligaan ke daakhle ka nizaam banaaya jaaye.

11 Juz waqti (part time) aur kul waqti (full time) Hifz ke bachchon ke daakhle ka bhi

nizaam banaaya jaaye.

12 Maktab mein daakhla fees (admission fees) bhi rakhi jaaye aur bachchon ko

kitaab, uniform, bag, muzakkira (calendar), identity card diya jaaye.

13 Mastooraat aur baaligaan ke liye bhi daakhla fees (admission fees) ho.

14 Maktab mein daakhle ke liye ek form banaaya jaaye, jis se daakhle ki ehmiyat

paida hogi.

15 Daakhla form ke zariya bachche ki poori tafseel maktab ke zimmedaaron ke ilm

mein aati hai.

16 Daakhla form mein bachche ka name ma’ waldiyat aur unka mukammal pata,

raabta number bachche ki haaliya tasweer aur dastakhat ka khaana bhi ho.

17 Daakhla form mein maktab ke auqaat darj hon, taake waalidain bachche ki

sahoolat ka waqt pasand kar sakein.

18 Jo bachcha teen maah tak bagair ittila ke gair haazir rahe, phir dobaara aaye to

daakhla fees lekar naya daakhla kiya jaaye.

19 Daakhla form jama karte waqt bachche ke saath sarparast ko bhi bula kar maktab

sharaait padh kar sunaayein aur maktab ke nizaam wa nisaab ka mukhtasar

ta'aruf karaaya jaaye.

20 Daakhla ke waqt waalidain ko parents meeting mein har teen maah par maktab

mein aane ki targeeb dein.

21 Daakhla lete waqt sarparaston ko is baat ki takeed ki jaaye ke woh apne

bachchon ko paabandi se maktab mein bheja karein.

22 Jis shakhs ko daakhla form diya jaaye usko form dete waqt uska name aur phone

number ek register par tahreer kar liya jaaye taake uske na aane ki soorat mein us

se raabta kiya ja sake aur us se na aane ki wajah maaloom ki ja sake.

23 Agar bachcha kisi doosre maktab se padh kar aaye to uske nateeja-e-imtihaan

ke saath waalidain ke saamne uska jaaiza lene ke baad darje ka ta’ayyun karein.

24 Jin bachchon ki 12 saal ya us se kam ho to un ko primary course diya jaaye aur jo

bachche 13 saal ya us se bade hon to un ka daakhla baaligaan course mein kiya

jaaye.

25 Agar kisi ek waqt (9 baje se 10 baje) ki jamaat mein bachche mukammal ho

jaayein to naye daakhle lene waale talaba ki tarteeb us ke baad waali jamaat ke

liye karein.

26 Agar koi bachcha aise waqt ki jamaat mein daakhla chaahta ho jis mein bachche

mukammal ho gaye hon to agar kai doosre bachche bhi usi waqt ki jamaat mein

mil sakte hon to ek jamaat us waqt mein badha dein.

27 Yaad rakhein! Maktab ki sharaait par beja sakhti na karein ki kahein koi bachcha

buniyaadi Deeni taaleem se mahroom na reh jaaye.

17. Sahoolat ka taaleemi waqt

Huzoor ke zamaane mein taaleem ka koi khaas waqt muqarrar nahein tha jabr

aam taur par fajr ki namaaz ke baad kuch log halqe bana kar deen ki taaleem haasil kiya

karte the, Hazrat Anas kehte hain ke sahaaba-e-kiraam jab fajr ki namaaz se faarig hot

jaate to alag alag halqa bana kar baith jaate aur qur'ane kareem aur faraaiz aur Aap ker

bataaye tareeqon ki taaleem haasil kiya karte the. [Musnad Abu ya'la : 4088]

Kuch log aise bhi the jin ko din mein waqt nahein milta tha to woh raat mein qur'an padha

karte the, Hazrat Anas ne ansaar ke 70 logon ke mutaalliq bayaan kiya hai ke jab raatt

ho jaati to woh madeene mein apne muallim ke yahaan jaate aur qur'an padhne mein

raat guzaarte. [Tabraani kabeer : 3606]

Hazrat Umar ne jab khaas taur par bachchon ke liye maktab jaari kiya to shuru meint

din bhar bachchon ko padhaane ka hukm diya tha magar is se un logon ko kaafi

pareshaani hoti thi is ke baad un hone fajr ke baad se dophar se kuchh pehle tak aur

zohar ke baad se asr tak taaleem dene ka hukm diya. Chunaanche ulama ne likha hai ke

jab Hazrat Umar ne Aamir bin Abdullah khuzaai ko muallim banaaya, to woh mustaqilt

(din bhar) bachchon ko taaleem diya karte the....... Bachchon ne Hazrat Umar set

auqaat mein kami ki darkhwaast ki to unhon ne hukm diya ke fajr ke baad se zuha aali (10

se 11 baje) aur zohar se baad se asr tak taaleem dein aur baaqi waqt aaraam karein.

Hazrat Umar ke is fail se samajh mein aata hai ke maktab mein bachchon ki taaleemt

ke liye auqaat un ki sahoolat ke lihaaz se rakhe jaaye taake taaleem haasil karne mein

boj na ho.

Bachchon ka taleemi waqt

1 Bachchon ki sahoolat ko saamne rakh kar taaleem ka waqt subah, dophar aur

shaam mein muqarrar karein aur talaba ko auqaate taaleem mein sahoolat dijaaye to khud ba khud taadaad mein izaafa hoga.

2 Aaj kal bachchon ki masroofiyaat pehle se bahot ziyaada ho gayi hain, school aurtuition ki mashgooli ke saath saath khel kood ki taraf rujhaan badhta chala ja raha

hai, jiski wajah se bachchon ko waqt faarig karna bahot mushkil ho raha hai, in

masroofiyaat ke saath ek ghanta bhi maktab mein Deeni taaleem ke liye faarigkar raha hai to yeh hamaare liye bahot qeemti hai.

3 Shahron mein subah 8 baje se 11 baje tak, Zohar se Asar tak, Asar se Magrib aurMagrib se Isha ek ek ghante ki jamaat (batch) banaayi jaayein.

4 Saal ke taaleemi auqaat ko muta'yyan kiya jaaye aur asar se magrib aur magribse isha tak ki jamaat (batch) ka waqt sawa ghanta rakha jaaye, taake Namaaz ka

waqt tabdeel hone ki soorat mein bachchon ki jamaat ka waqt na badle aur

bachchon ka taaleemi haraj na ho.

5 Dehaaton mein subah ek ek ghante ki teen jamaatein hon aur shaam mein bhi

teen jamaatein hon.

6 Agar kisi jagah ke maqaami zimmedaar maktab ka waqt ziyaada rakhna

chaahein to mashwara kar ke ziyaada waqt bhi rakh sakte hain.

7 Jo bachche school nahein jaate hain, aur mukammal jamaat ho to un ke liyeziyaada waqt padhaane ki tarteeb banaayein.

8 Jo bachche rozaana ek ghanta nahein de sakte ya door daraaz ilaaqon meinrehte hain; un ke liye hafte mein chhutti ke din kam az kam do se teen ghante ki

jamaat (batch) banaayein.

Baligaan ka taaleemi waqt

9 Badon ke liye un ki sahoolat ke waqt mein; baad Namaaze Fajr aur baad

Namaaze Ish jamaat (batch) banaayein.

10 Ilaaqe ki nauiyat aur zaroorat ke mutaabiq badon ka waqt dopahar mein ya kisi

aur waqt mein bhi rakh sakte hain.

11 Badon ke liye bachchon se ziyaada sahoolatein rakhi jaayein taake un ke liye

doosri mashgooliyaat mein Deen seekhna aasaan ho jaaye.

12 Badon ke liye alag jamaat (batch)banaayi jaaye, bachchon ke saath nabithaaya jaaye.

Mastooraat ka taaleemi waqt

13 Mastooraat (badi aurton) ki taaleemke liye subah 11 se dopahar 4 baje tak(yeh waqt umooman faarig hota hain)ek ek ghante ke darje ki tarteebbanaayi jaaye.

14 School aur college ki bachchiyon kamaktab subah 9 se Asr tak chala saktehain. (magrib ke baad maktab nachalaaya jaaye)

Sho'ba-e-Hifz ka taaleemi waqt

15 Maktab mein hifz karne ke liye jamaat(batch) banaayi jaayein, aur hifz meinunhi talaba ka daakhla lein jinkanazira-e-Qur’an me’yaari ho.

16 Maktab mein juz waqti (part time) hifzke liye kam az kam 4 ghante ki jamaat (batch) subah, dopahar ya phir Magribbaad banaayi jaaye, 20 minute Deeniyat nisaab padhaayein aur baaqi waqt hifzeQur’an mein lagaayein.

17 Maktab mein kul waqti (full time) ke liye subah 4 ghante, baad Zuhar dhaai ghanteaur baad Magrib ta Isha taaleemi waqt ho jis mein Deeniyat ke liye 20 minute ho.

18 Darja-e-hifz ke talaba ke rozaana ke sabaq, sabaq paara aur daur wa aamokhtaki ittila hafta-waari kaarkardagi baraaye darja-e-hifz (diary) main tehreeranwaalidain ko dein.

19 Darja-e-hifz mein daakhla lene waale talaba ko paara 29 aur 30 ki muntakhabsooratein pehle yaad karaayein taaki woh rozaana unhein padhte rahein.

Sho'ba-e-aalimiyat ka taaleemi waqt

20 Sho’ba-e-aalimiyat ke liye kam se kam 6 gante taaleemi auqaat ek saath yasubah, dopahar aur shaam mein rakhe jaayein.

Ramzaanul Mubarak mein taaleemi waqt

21 Maahe Ramzaan mein waqt mein sahoolat dein, aur sirf subah aur Zuhar ta Asrmakaatib hon to behter hai.

22 Maahe Ramzaan mein Asr baad aur baad Namaaze Magrib aane waalebachchon ko un ki sahoolat ke etibaar se subah ya zohar baad bulaayein.

23 Agar jamaatein ziyaada hon to do se teen jamaat (batch) ek saath ek ek ghantemein padha lein.

24 Muallimeen ramzan mein asbaaq ki miqdaar kam karke padhe huwe asbaaq koyaad karaane par ziyaada tawajjoh dein.

1 Maktab ko khud kafeel banaane ke liye fees ka nizaam banaaye.

2 Jaan aur maal lagne se ilme Deen ki ahmiyat paida hoti hai.3 Fees ki wajah se maa-baap apne bachchon ko paabandi se maktab bhejte hain,

is tarah bachchon ki gair haazri kam hoti hai.

4 Fees ke nizaam se talaba, waalidain aur asaatiza fikarmand rehte hain.

5 Waalidain ko fees dene ki targeeb di jaaye, kyun ke jab ham achchhi taaleemdeinge aur bachchon ko maktab se faaida hoga to woh zaroor fees ada kareinge.

6 Fees wasool karne ke liye taareekh aur waqt muqarrar karein, taake fees lene aurdene mein aasaani ho.

7 Fees wasooli ki raseed bhi di jaaye aur saath saath ragister mein bhi indiraajkarein taake muaamlaat saaf rahein.

8 Behtar yeh hai ke maktab ka account khol kar fees bank mein jama kar di jaayetaake muaamlaat saaf rahein aur hisaab dene mein asaani ho.

9 Fees maktab ke zimmedaar, sadar mudarris ya (un auqaat mein jin mein taaleemizimmedaari na ho) ya mohtamim wasool kare ya phir kisi ek shakhs ko fees kiwasooli ke liye mut’ayyan kar dein, muallim ke zimme na kare to behtar hai warnataaleem mein harj hoga.

10 Agar fees wasooli ki mazkoora shakl na ho to muallim bachchon se fees le aurdoosre din ya taaleem ka waqt khatm hone ke baad raseed khud banaaye yazimmedaar se banwa kar bachchon ko de taake taaleem ka harj na ho.

11 Fees seh-maahi, shash-maahi ya saalaana jama karaane ki targeeb di jaaye auragar waalidain ko dushwaari ho to har maheene fees wasool ki jaaye.

12 Fees poore 12 maheene ki li jaaye taake maktab ke saalaana ikhraajaat kikafaalat ho sake aur izaafi bojh na ho.

13 Fees tey karte waqt yeh baat saamne rahni chaahiye ke is ke zariye maktab ketamaam ikhraajaat, muallimeen ki tankhwaah aur maktab ki deegar zarooriyaatpoori ho jaayein.

14 Ilaaqe ke etibaar se mashwara kar ke fees tey ki jaaye aur fees badhaane meinmauqa wa mahal ka zaroor lihaaz rakhein.

19. Gareeb talaba ki fees1 Pahli tarteeb: Agar kisi jagah

waalidain gurbat ki wajah se feesada nahein kar sakte to ilaaqe keahle khair hazraat ko is tarafmutawajjeh kar ke is ki fees adakarwaane ka nazm karein.

2 Doosri tarteeb: Ahle khair hazraatse raqam le kar waalidain kehaath mein dein aur un se kaheinke aap is se apne bachchon kifees ada kardein.

3 Teesri tarteeb: Fees ka intizaamna hone ki wajah se koi bachchailme Deen se mahroom na rehe,is liye wakaalat naama purk a r w aa y a j a ay e . G a r e e bbachchon ki fees Zakaat kiraqam se ada karne ke liye ekform “wakaalat naama” tayyaarkiya jaaye.

4 Gareeb bachchon ki fees zakaatki raqam se ada karne ke liye ekform "Wakaalat Nama" tayyaarkiya jaaye.

5 Wakaalat naame mein is baat ki wazaahat ki jaaye ki agar aap bachche kimaahaana fees nahein de sakte hain to aap ke bachche ki fees Zakaat ki raqamse ada ki jaayegi taake wakaalat naama sirf mustahiq talaba ke waalidain hibharein.

6 Wakaalat naama mein bachche ka name, pata, darja, fees ka khaana ho aur ismein is baat ki wazaahat ho ke waalidain kitni fees nahein bhar sakte taake iskaintizaam kiya ja sake.

7 Wakaalat naama Urdu ke alaawa maqaami zabaan mein bhi ho taake sarparastuse samajh kar bhar sakein.

8 Wakaalat naame mein maktab ki maahaana fees miqdaar zikr ki jaaye taakemaali haisiyat paida hone ke baad fees ada kar sakein.

9 Gareeb bachche ki fees ada karte waqt un ke waalidain ko yeh bhi bataaya jaayeke agar bachcha mehnat se taaleem haasil nahein karega to us ki kafaalat rok dijaayegi.

10 Agar maktab mein kuchh gareeb bachche fees na de sakte hon, to un ki kafaalatke liye dabba scheme, mutthi fund, chutki wagaira ki tarteeb bhi banaayi ja saktihai.

Aap ne madeene waalon ki taaleem ke liye Hazrat Mus'ab bin umair kor t

bhejha jinhon ne baraahe raast Aap se ilm seekha tha, Yamen waalon ki taaleem war

tarbiyat ke liye Hazrat Muaaz bin Jabal ko bhejha, jo halaal wa haraam ko sab set

ziyaada jaan ne waale the, ek martaba to Aap ne elaan kar diya ke 4 logon se qur'anr

padhna seekho : Abdullah bin Ma'sood se, Saalim se, Ubai bin Ka'b se aur Muaaz binJabal se.y t [Bukhari : 3758, Abdullah bin Amr ]

Aur aisa Aap ne elaan is liye kiya ke yeh chaaron qur'an ke bade maahir the, Sahaaba-r

e-Kiraam ke zamaane mein bhi is usool par amal hota tha aur Hazrat Umar to ba-y t

zaabta is ka elaan kar diya tha, ek martaba Hazrat Umar ke zamaane mein ek shakhst

ne ek aadmi ko qur'an galat padhaaya is ki khabar Hazrat Umar ko huwi to unhon net

us aadmi ko bula kar galati par toka aur saheeh padh kar bataaya phir yeh elaankarwaaya : La Yuqriul Qur'an illa aalimun bil lugati, yaani qur'an ko arabi zabaan kamaahir hi padhaaye. [Taareekhe Damishq : 25/192]

Agar kahi muallim bhejne ki zaroorat pesh aati to unhein ko bhejte the jo ilmedeen mein maahir hote the, ek martaba mulke shaam se Yazeed bin Abi Sufyan neHazrat Umar ki khidmat mein likha ke shaam mein musalmaanon ki taadaad kaafit

badh gayi hai ab unhein qur'an seekhaane aur un ke andar deen ki samajh paida karneke liye kuch afraad ki zaroorat hai, to aye ameerul mo'mineen wahaan se kuchmuallimeen bhejh kar meri madad kijiye, yeh khat milte hi Hazrat Umar ne Muaaz bint

aur un se kaha ke shaam ke bhaiyon ne qur'an ki taaleem aur deen ki samajh haasilkarne ke liye mullimeen ki darkhwaast ki hai to tum paanchon mein se 3 afraad chalejaao, chunaanche un mein se Ubaada bin Saamit, Muaaz bin Jabal aur Abu Darda tchale gaye. [Tabqaat bin Sa'd : 1/266]

Isi tarah Hazrat Umar ne Ammaar bin Yaasir, Abdullah bin Mas'ood ko kufa bhejhat y

aur wahaan ke logon ke naam ek khat likha ke mein ne Ammaar ko ameer aur Abdullahbin Mas'ood ko muallim aur wazeer bana kar bheja hai woh donon Rasoolullah ker

muntakhab badri sahaabi hain, lihaaza tum in ki pairwi karo aur un ki baatein sunon aurdekho mein ne Abdullah bin Mas'ood ko bhejh kar apne oopar tum ko tarjeeh di hai (in kizaroorat to mujhe ziyaada thi, lekin tumhaari zaroorat ko tarjeeh de kar mein ne un kobhejh diya). [Tabraani kabeer : 8478]

Is liye ham logon ko bhi chaahiye taaleem par deen ke maahir aur saheeh qur'an padhnewaalon ko hi muqarrar karein.

1 Muallim / muallima aalim ya hafiz ho to behtar hai.

2 Agar muallim / muallima aalim ya hafiz na ho magar uska Qur’an sahi ho, Urdu ya

maqaami zabaan likh padh sakta ho, neez Shariat ka paaband aur sanjeeda ho,

to aalim ya hafiz na milne ki soorat mein uska taqarrur kar sakte hain.

3 Muallim / muallima ka Qur’an sahi hona bahot zaroori hai, kyun ki agar us ka

Qur’an sahi hoga to woh bachchon ko Qur’an sahi padha sakta hai.

4 Maqaami zimmedaar muallim/ muallima ke taqarrur ke liye sab se pehle center ke

zimmedaar se raabta qaaim kare.

5 Maqaami zimmedaar agar kisi Muallim / muallima ka khud taqarrur karna chaahe

to kisi aalim ke zariye Qur’an ka jaaiza (interview) dilaaye.

6 Kisi puraane maktab mein agar Deeniyat nisaab wa nizaam shuru karna ho to

wahaan padhaane waale Muallim ko hikmat ke saath center par Qur'an ke jaaize

(interview) aur deeniyat nisaab wa nizaam (workshop) ke liye bheje.

7 Agar Muallim / muallima ka Qur’aan sahi na ho to maqaami zimmedaar uski

tasheeh ki tarteeb banaaye, ya phir center par tasheeh ke liye bheje.

8 Hifz aur aalimiyat ka sho’ba agar shuru karna ho to center ke zimmedaar se

raabta karke Muallim ka taqarrur kare.

1 Muallim / muallima ka tarbiyat yaafta (deeniyat nisaab wa nizaam aur tareeqa e

taaleem ko jaan ne waala) hona zaroori hai taake taalibe ilm ko saheeh tarteeb se

padha sake aur maktab ko munazzam kar ne mein mueen wa madadgaar

banega.

2 Muallim / muallima ka maktab mein taqarrur karne se pehle use Idara e Deeniyat

ya apne ilaaqe ke Deeniyat center par workshop ke liye bheje.

3 Muallim / muallima ko tarbiyat dene ke liye (agar center par Muallim kisi wajah se

na ja sake to) center ke zimmedaar se raabta kar ke maqaami nigraan ko apne

maktab mein bula kar tarbiyat dene ki tarteeb banaaye.

4 Maqaami zimmedaar infiraadi wa ijtimaai kaarguzaari ke liye muallim ko har do

maah mein center par bheje taake nisaab wa nizaam ke mutaalliq hidaayaat aur

tadrees mein aa rahi dushwaariyon ko hal kiya ja sake.

1 Agar maktab mein ziyaada bachche ho jaayein to jamaat (batch) badhaayein

taake ek Muallim alag alag waqt mein mehdood bachchon ko achchhi taaleem de

sake ya fouran doosre Muallim ka taqarrur karein.

2 Aur agar 3,4 Muallim ho jaayein to phir ek Muallim ko sadar mudarris banaayein.

3 Maktab mein sadar mudarris ya mohtamim ke hone se maktab ka me’yaar buland

hota hai aur bachchon ke taaleemi nataaij achchhe aate hain, kyun ki is ke zariye

musalsal nigraani hoti hai.

4 Aise Muallim ko sadar mudarris banaayein jiski taaleemi salaahiyat achchhi ho,

padhaane ka tajrba aur muaawanat wa khidmat ka jazba ho, haakimaana mijaaz

na ho, ba-akhlaaq aur muttaqi parhezgaar ho taake Muallimeen aur bachchon

par bhi uska asar pade.

5 Sadar mudarris ke liye do teen jamaat (batch) khaali rakhein,jis mein woh maktab

ke intizaami umoor ko anjaam de taake doosre Muallimeen yaksooi ke saath

padha sakein.

6 Agar 6 se ziyaada Muallim ho jaayein to un mein se ek ko dmohtamim bana dein.

7 Mohtamim ko mukammal taur par taaleem se faarig rakha jaaye, taake maktab ke

taaleemi wa intizaami umoor ko ba-husn wa khoobi anjaam de sake.

6 Talaba ke daakhle ka nizaam banaana.

7 Talaba ki fees ki tarteeb bana kar wasool karna aur jo bachche fees na de sakein,unke baare mein zimmedaaron se mashwara kar ke un talaba ke waalidain sewakaalat naama pur karwaana.

8 Talaba ki haazri aur gair haazri ke mutaalliq fikr karna aur maqaami zimmedaaronke saath mil kar gair haazir talaba ke sarparaston se phone par baat karna aurhasbe zaroorat mulaaqaat ki bhi tarteeb banaana.

9 Saalaana taateelaat, imtihaanaat, parents meeting, jalse wagaira ka peshginizaam banaana aur waqt par in tamaam umoor ko achchhi tarah anjaam dena.

10 Rozaana kuchh waqt faarig kar ke kisi bhi jamaat mein ja kar taaleemi jaaiza lenaaur poore maah mein har jamaat ka jaaiza mukammal karna.

11 Talaba ki taaleemi kamzoori par Muallimeen se muzaakra karna.

12 Har maah Muallimeen ko jod kar maktab ke taaleemi me’yaar, haazri aur asaatizake masaail wa zarooriyaat aur intizaami umoor ke mutaalliq mashwara karna aurtamaam Muallimeen ko mueen wa madadgaar samajhte huwe unke mufeedmashwaron par amal karne ki koshish karna.

13 Sadar mudarris / mohtamim ka asaatiza ke haazri register ka jaaiza lena aurMuallim ki galati aur kotaahi ki hikmat se islaah karna.

14 Maqaami zimmedaaron se mil kar darmiyaan mein maktab chhodne waalebachchon ke waalidain se mulaaqaat karna aur wajah maaloom kar ke dobaaradaakhle ki targeeb dena.

15 Saale chahaarum aur saale panjum ke talaba aur unke waalidain se mulaaqaatkar ke aainda saalon mein secondary course padhne ki tashkeel karna.

16 Maktab ke maqaami zimmedaar, mohtamim, sadar mudarris, maqaami nigraanaur center ke zimmedaar ka aapas mein rabt zaroori hai taake maktab kaintizaami aur taaleemi nizaam achchhi tarah chal sake lihaaza center ke teyshuda program mein asaatiza ke saath shareek hona aur maktab mein maqaaminigraan ki aamad par ta'awun karna.

24. Asaatiza ki tankhwaah

1 Muallim ke taqarrur ke waqt maaqool wa waajbi tankhwaah muta'yyan karein

taake muallim yaksu ho kar taaleem par tawajjoh de sake.

2 Muallim ki saalaana kaar kardagi ki buniyaad par tankhwaah mein izaafa karna

taake muallim ki hosla afzaai ho aur apni mehnat ko mazeed badhaayein.

3 Muallim ki tabdeeli se hattal imkaan bachein, taake bachchon ki taaleem

mut’assir na ho.

Hazrat Umar ne tamaam mamaalike maftooha mein har jagah qur'an majeedt

ka dars qaaim kiya, aur muallim wa qaari muqarrar kar ke un ki tankhwaahein tey kein,

chunaanche yeh amr bhi un ke auliyaat mein shumaar kiya jaata hai ke unhon ne

muallimon ki tankhwaahein muqarrar kein, us waqt ke lihaaz se kam na thein masalan

khaas madeene munawwarah mein chhote chhote bachchon ki taaleem ke liye jo

1 Bachche ki taaleemi taraqqi ke liye waalidain, zimmedaar aur muallim teenon kajod zaroori hai.

2 2 Parents meeting saal mein 4 mertabah ho, 2.5 maah mein ijtimaai aur 5 maahmein infiraadi (shashmaahi imtihaan ke nateeje ke mauqe par), phir 7.5 maahmein ijtimaai aur 10 maah mein infiraadi (saalaana imtihaan ke nateeje ke mauqepar).

3 Jab ijtimaai "parents meeting" ho to mardon ke saath mastooraat ka bhi parde kesaath nazm kiya jaaye, aur infiraadi mein sirf mardon ko bulaaya jaaye.

4 Parents meeting se ustaaz bhi fikr mand hota hai aur maktab ki taaleem ko umdakarne mein madad milti hai.

5 Maktab ka nizaam jo sarparast se mut’alliq hai parents meeting se qaaboo meinaata hai, masalan bachchon ki ghair haazri, fees, uniform wagaira.

6 Parents meeting se bachchon ki kamzoriyaan waalidain ke saamne aati hain aurbachche ki taaleem wa tarbiyat mein madad milti hai.

7 Parents meeting se waalidain ke ander maktab ki ehmiyat aur fikr paida hoti hai.

8 Parents meeting maktab mein rakhi jaaye aur waalidain ko peshgi ittila di jaaye.

9 Asaatiza, sadar mudarris ya mohtamim aur zimmedaar parents meeting keumoor pehle mashwara se tay karein, masalan targeebi baat, bachchon ki gairhaazri, tarbiyat, amali nigraani, uniform, fees ke qawaaneen ki riaa’yat wagaira.

10 Parents meeting mein bachchon ka bhi chhota sa program pesh kiya jaaye.

11 Parents meeting mein waalidain ki raaye aur ta’assuraat tahreeri liye jaayein aurpoochha jaaye ke maktab se kya faaida ho raha hai, aur ham sab mil kar kis tarahmehnat karein ke bachchon ki taaleem wa tarbiyat mein tarqqi ho.

26. Asaatiza aur Maktab ke Zimmedaaron ka jod

1 Maqaami zimmedaar aur muallim har 3 maheene mein center par asaatiza aur

zimmedaaron ke jod mein shareek hon aur apne maktab ko munazzam karne ke

liye pesh aane waali dushwaariyon ko center zimmedaar ya maqaami nigraan ke

saamne rakhe aur us ko hal kare.

2 Center par har 2 maah mein maqaami zimmedaaron ke jod mein shareek ho

taake fikron mein izaafa ho aur kaam ki tarteeb maaloom hoti rahe.

Rasoolullah bhi kabhi kabhi apne talaba ka imtihaan bhi liya karte the, is kar

jaaye aur doosra yeh ke achchha padhne waalon ki hosla afzaai ki jaaye, ek martaba

bayaan karon ? Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbaas ne kaha : kya tum par Allah ka yeht

ehsaan nahein hai ke tum mere saamne hadees bayaan karo, agar tum ne sahi bayaan

ki to Subhaanallah aur agar galati ki to mein us ki islaah kar dunga.[Tabqaat ibne Sa'd : 5/129]

1 Saal mein bachchon ke do imtihaan ho, ek shashmaahi aur ek saalaana.

2 Shashmaahi aur saalaana imtihaan taqreeri aur tehreeri liye jaayein.

3 Imtihaan ki wajah se asaatiza, talaba aur waalidain fikar mand ho jaate hain, aurdarmiyaani aur adna numbraat haasil karne waale bachchon mein aaindamehnat ki fikr paida hoti hai.

4 Imtihaan ki wajah se bachchon ko padhe huwe asbaaq yaad ho jaate hain.

5 Imtihaan se talaba ki taaleemi taraqqi hoti hai aur aapas mein ek doosre se aagebadhne ka jazba aur shauq paida hota hai.

6 Imtihaan mein kaamyaab hone se bachchon ka hosla aur etimaad badhta hai.

7 Imtihaan ke zariye muallim ki mehnat ka me’yaar aur bachchon ki taa’leeminau’iyat waalidain aur intizaamiya ke saamne aati hai.

8 Imtihaan se khoobiyaan aur khaamiyaan saamne aati hain, phir khaamiyon kinishaandahi kar ke uski talaafi ka mouqa milta hai.

9 Bachchon ko imtihaan ki peshgi ittila ke saath in’aamaat ka bhi elaan kar deintaake bachchon mein shouq paida ho aur uski tayyaari kar sakein.

10 Maktab ke imtihaan, school ke imtihaan ke saath na hon; pehle ya baad mein hontaake bachche par taaleem ka ziyaada bojh na pade.

11 Tamaam makaatib ke imtihaanaat Deeniyat ki hidaayaat ke mutaabiq hon.

12 Tahreeri aur taqreeri imtihaanaat mein maktab ka zimmedaar maujood rahein.

13 Taqreeri Imtihaan lene waala deeniyat nisaab wa nizaam aur talaba ki miqdaarekhawaandagi se waaqif ho, neez use padhaane ka tajarba bhi ho, taakebachchon ke sahi taaleemi nataaij saamne aa sakein.

14 Taqreeri imtihaan lene waala bachchon ka achchhi tarah imtihaan le, khaana purina ho, taake talaba, waalidain aur asaatiza sab mutma’in hon.

15 Taqreeri imtihaan mein darja bandi ka khayaal rakha jaaye, agar kayi mu’allimpadhaate hon to ek darje ka imtihaan ek hi mumtahin ke zimme kiya jaye,masalan jis ne darja-e-duwwam ka imtihaan liya hai, wahi doosre ustaaz kedarja-e-duwwam ka imtihaan le taake ek darje ke numberaat mein yaksaaniyatrahe.

16 Mumtahin bachche ka imtihaan lekar fauran har bachche ki taaleemi kaifiyat aurus ke numberaat likh le, tamaam bachchon ko aakhir mein ek saath numberaatna dein.

17 Taqreeri Imtihaan mein taalibe ilm agar samjhne waali cheez lafz ba-lafz na boleto numberaat mein kami na karein balke khulaasa hi kaafi hai, us ke mutaabiqnumber dein.

26 Tahreeri imtihaan hone ke baad use muallimeen se check karaaya jaaye aur us kamunaasib hadiya diya jaaye.

27 Bachchon ko numbaraat dene mein mayaana rawi ikhtiyaar ki jaaye mubaalagana kiya jaaye, ke bachche khush fahmi mein mubtala ho jaayein aur un kataaleemi nuqsaan ho.

28 Kamzor bachchon ko nakaam (fail) na kiya jaaye warna woh maayoos hokarmaktab chhod denge, balke jitne numberaat par bachcha kaamiyaab hota haiutne numberaat diye jaaye aur nateeja-e-imtihaan waalidain ko dete waqt un sebaat kar ke is saal ka iaada kiya jaaye.

1 Chhutti ke din ya ilaaqe ki nau’iyat ke e’tibaar se jis din waalidain aasaani se aa

sakte hon ek ek jamaat ke (batch wise) talaba ko bula kar result dein.

2 Nateeja-e-Imtihaan bula kar ehtimaam se dene ki wajah se bachche aur

waalidain ke dilon mein us ki ahmiyat paida hoti hai.

3 Nateeja-e-Imtihaan dete waqt waalidain ke saath bachchon ki taalimi aur deeni

wa akhlaaqi kaifiyat par muzaakra karein.

4 Waalidain ko bachcha jitni cheezein maktab mein padh raha hai bataai jaayein ke

aap ka bachcha Qur’an, Hadees, Aqaaid wa Masaail, Islaami tarbiyat, Zabaan

padh raha hai aur masha’Allah Allah ke 99 naam mein 70 naam bachche ko yaad

hain, aap ki thodi tawaajoh aur fikr se mazeed taraqqi hogi.

5 Tahreeri imtihaan ke parche bhi waalidain ko dikhaaye jaaye ke kis tara talaba ne

use likha hai.

6 Bachchon ke waalidain ke saamne bachchon ki taaleem aur tarbiyat ke liye

maktab kya zimmedaari ada kar raha hai aur waalidain ki kya zimmedaariyaan

hain us ko waazeh kiya jaaye aur tahreeri bhi diya jaaye.

7 Waalidain ki mukammal primary course tak maktab mein bachche ko paabandi

se bhejne ki tashkeel ki jaaye.

8 Jo bachche primary course poora kar chuke ya poora karne ke qareeb hain, aise

bachchon ke waalidain se secondary aur advance course tak bachchon ko

maktab mein bhejne ki tashkeel ki jaaye.

9 Naazira-e-Qur’an mein agar koi bachcha achchha hai to bachche ko maktab

mein haafiz banaane ki tashkeel ki jaaye.

10 Waalidain ko baaligaan course mein daakhle ki targeeb dete huwe ghar ki

mastooraat ki taaleem ki fikr dila kar mastooraat maktab mein bhejne ki targeeb di

jaaye.

11 Result dete waqt sarparaston ko fees aur uniform ki zaroor yaad dihaani

karaayein.

12 Fail hone waale bachche ke baare mein hikmat se samjhaayein ki aap ka

bachcha kamzor hai isi darje mein aur padh lega to faaida hoga.

13 Waalidain ko yeh bhi bata dein ki maktab nafa kamaane ke liye nahin hai, balke

yeh bachchon ke deen wa imaan ki durustagi aur duniya wa aakhirat ki

kaamyaabi ke liye hai.

muallimeen ko bula kar unhein imtihaan lene ki tarteeb bata kar imtihaandilwaaya jaaye taake unhein bhi deeniyat nizaam wa nisaab shuru karne kitargeeb ho.

12 Imtihaan lene waala deeniyat nisaab wa nizaam aur talaba ki miqdaarekhawaandagi se waaqif ho, neez use padhaane ka tajarba bhi ho, taakebachchon ke sahi taaleemi nataaij saamne aa sakein.

13 Imtihaan lene waala bachchon ka achchhi tarah imtihaan le, khaana puri na ho,taake talaba, waalidain aur asaatiza sab mutma’in hon.

14 Imtihaan mein darja bandi ka khayaal rakha jaaye, agar kayi mu’allim padhaatehon to ek darje ka imtihaan ek hi mumtahin ke zimme kiya jaye, masalan jis nedarja-e-duwwam ka imtihaan liya hai, wahi doosre ustaaz ke darja-e-duwwam kaimtihaan le taake ek darje ke numberaat mein yaksaaniyat rahe.

15 Bachchon ko numberaat dene mein numberaat dene mein mayaana-rawiikhtiyaar ki jaaye mubaalga na kiya jaaye, ke bachche khus fehmi mein mubtalaho jaayein aur unka taaleemi nuqsaan ho.

16 Jalse mein atraaf ke makaatib ke (jin mein deeniyat nahi chal raha hai)zimmedaar hazraat aur asaatiza-e-kiraam ko bhi mad’oo kiya jaaye taake wohdeeniyat nisab wa nizaam se hone waale nataaij ko dekhe aur apne maktab meinshuru karne ki targeeb ho.

17 Jis ilaaqe ya gaaon mein maktab nahin hai to wahaan ke imaam, trusty aur ahl-e-

khair hazraat ko daa’wat di jaaye taake woh bhi apne gaaon mein maktab shuru

karne ki fikr karein.

18 Jalse mein tamaam talaba wa taalibaat ko program mein shareek karein, taake

bachchon ki hosla afzaai ho aur unka program dekhne ke bahaane unke

waalidain bhi jalse mein aayein.

19 Jalse ke program ka khaaka tayyaar kar ke bachchon ka intikhab karein aur unko

program ki mashq karaayein.

20 Ijtimaai program pesh kiya jaaye taake ziyaada bachche hissa le sakein, program

banaate waqt talaba ko do jamaa’at mein taqseem karein; pehli jamaa’at zaheen

bachchon ki, unko infiraadi program dein, doosri jamaa’at mutawassit bachchon

ki, unko ijtimaai program dein, masalan Hamd wa Naat wagaira.

21 Program ki mashq ke liye bachhcon ko maktab ke taaleemi waqt ke alaawa unke

faarig waqt mein bulaayein taake taaleem ka harj na ho.

22 Agar maktab mein taaleeme baaligaan ka bhi nazm ho to baaligaan ka bhi chhota

sa program pesh karein taake baaligaan ki tashkeel aasaan ho.

23 Bachche aur bachchiyaan (9 saal se kam umr waali) maktab ke uniform mein

program pesh karein.

24 Jalse mein nisaab ke tamaam mazaameen mein se program pesh kiya jaaye

taake bachche maktab mein jo kuchh padh rahe hain, woh sab ke saamne aa

jaaye aur waalidain ko maaloom ho jaaye ke hamaara bachcha maktab mein kya

seekh raha hai.

25 Maktab ke fawaaid ke ooper ek mukaalma zaroor rakha jaaye, Hamd wa Naat aur

akhlaaqi wa islaahi sabaq aamoz mukaalme baahar se bhi le sakte hain, Jalse

mein ek saada kaagaz taqseem karke jalse mein shareek logon ke ta’assuraat

likhwa kar jama kiye jaayein. (Jalsa kaisa raha? Bachchon ne kaisa program pesh

kiya?)

26 Jalse ke akheer targeebi baat ho, jis mein makatab ke usool wa zawaabit aur

maqaasid, aulaad ke muta’alliq zimmedaariyaan byaan kar ke jalse mein

maujood logon ko apne bachchon ko maktab bhejne ki targeeb dein.

27 Ibtidaai (primary), saanwi (secondary) aur izaafi (advance) nisaab ki wazaahat

karte huwe bachchon ko mukammal 15 saal bhejne ki targheeb dein.

28 Naye daakhle ki tashkeel karein aur zaroorat padne par daakhla form bhi taqseem

karein.

29 Jalse mein moujood baaligaan (mard hazraat) ko maktab mein aane ke liye

targeeb dein aur apni zimmedaariyon ka ehsaas dila kar baa-qaaida tashkeel kar

ke maqaami zimmedaaron ke zariye baaligaan ki jamaat (batch) banaayein.

30 Jalse mein shareek mastooraat ko aurton ki taaleem ki ehmiyat aur gharon mein

deeni maahoul banaane ki fikr dilaate huwe un ko mastooraat maktab mein aane

ki targheeb dein.

31 Aakhir mein dua par jalse ka ikhtitaam ho.

1 Imtiyaazi numberaat se kaamiyaab hone waale talaba wa taalibaat ko inaamaat(certificate, shield, medal) dekar himmat afzaai karein.

2 Jalse mein inaamaat se bachchon mein taaleem ka jazba aur ek doosre se aagebadhne ka shouq paida hota hai.

3 Inaamaat ko kisi Aalim, buzurg, mohtamim ke haathon se taqseem kiya jaayetaake bachchon ki hosla afzaai ho.

4 Saalaana imtihaan mein awwal, duwwam, suwwam numberaat se kaamiyaabhone wale talaba ko saalaana jalse mein certificate, shield aur medal diya jaaye.

5 Saal bhar mukammal haazir rehne waale talibe ilm aur Namaaz ki paabandikarne waale taalibe ilm ko bhi inaam (shield wagaira) dein.

6 Jalse mein shareek tamaam bachchon ko umoomi inaam (sanad shirkate jalsa)dein taake unki hosla afzaai ho.
