At a high level this workshop covered a range of topics towards: Enabling students to understand basic java programming concepts • Provide hands-on sessions to practice the concepts covered in the training • Enable students to develop applications in Java



Topic Name :-“CSI Seminar on Core java” Event Type :-Seminar Speaker Name :-Mr. Manoj Borkar, Senior Analyst and team leader at Capgemini, Pune Event Date :-16/09/2017 Event Time :-11.30 AM to 01.30 PM Benefited :-IMCA-2nd& IMCA-3rd Year Event Details :-Seminar on “Core Java” has been organized for IMCA-2nd& IMCA-3rd Year Students. This seminar provides students with a foundational knowledge of the Java platform and builds stand-alone Java applications. The objective of seminar was to upgrade programming skill. Mr. Manoj Borkar also explained openings in different government sectors like Railway, Banking, CBI etc.

This talk provides students Agile software development is more than anything else a method of working, an approach to software delivery.



Topic Name :-“Soft skill and Aptitude Training By , Pehla Job Mumbai” Event Type :- Short Term Training Program Speaker Name :-Mr. Pawankumar and Mr. Shankar Nair, Trainer, Mumbai Event Date :-19/09/2017 to 24/09/2017 Event Time :-11.30 AM to 05.30 PM Benefited :-MCA-2nd& IMCA-4thYear Event Details : In this training program Mr. Pawankumar trained students on various aptitude and logical reasoning topics. By this 3 days aptitude training session students were trained with the simple tricks, tips used to solve the different problems. During 3 days communications skills session Mr. Shankar Nair conducted multiple activities through which students are motivated and realized the importance of communication. Students enjoyed the training program and learn all the tips given by Mr. Shankar Nair and Mr. Pawan Kumar and thanked to CSI and TNP cell for organizing such wonderful sessions for them.



Topic Name :“2 day’s Soft skills Development Program-Global Talent Track(GTT)” Event Type : Career Development Program Speaker Name : Mrs. Manisha Dopeshwarkar & Mr.Kalyankumar,Mumbai Event Date :03/01/2018 to 04/01/2018 Event Time : 11.30 pm to 05.30 pm Benefited : MCA-1st,MCA-2nd,IMCA-3rd,IMCA-4thYear Event Details : CSI &TNP organized 2 day’s Soft skills training program for MCA2nd , IMCA 4th year, IMCA 3rd year and MCA 1st year students on 3rd and 4th 2018 in association with Global Talent Track(GTT),Pune. The main objective of this training program was to developed communication and employability skills of final year students. As part of CSRinitiative, “Barclays” decided toskilled unemployed youths as per the industry requirement. Total 200 students from MCA and IMCA participated in this event .It was total 14 hours training program. During this program students were trained on different topics like:

SWOT Analysis/ Self-Assessment Communication Skills Personality Development Interview Skills Interview Types Group Discussion

This training program is also beneficial for students to gain different placement opportunities.



Topic Name :“Carrier Guidance” Event Type :Motivational Talk Speaker Name :Mr.Gopal Walhe, General Manager Cmots,Mumbai Event Date :13/01/2018 Event Time :11.30 am to 01.00 pm Benefited :IMCA-1st,IMCA-2nd,IMCA-3rd,MBM-2ndYear Event Details :- CSI organized this motivational talk for IMCA-1st,IMCA-2nd,IMCA-3rd,MBM-2ndYear Students. Mr. Gopal Walhe was the resource person for this motivational talk. He discussed with students about latest technologies and Current IT trends. He also talked about core subject importance in IT world and different opportunity in industry.

Topic Name : Knowledge Sharing Event Type : Motivational Talk Speaker Name : Mr.DipakPatil, Senior QualityAnalyst Automation Event Date : 27/01/2018 Event Time : 11.30 am to 01.30 pm Benefited : MCA-1st & IMCA-2ndYear Event Details :- In“Knowledge Sharing” Mr.DipakPatil discussed with students about latest technologies in IT industry. He also talked aboutdomain areas with students. Mr. Patil also explained importance of practical subject in IT industry.



Topic Name :-4 days Aptitude training program by Pehla Job Mumbai Event Type :- Short Term Training Program Speaker Name :-Mr. Pawankumar and Mr. Shankar Nair,Trainer, Mumbai Event Date :-08/03/2018 to 11/03/2018 Event Time :-11.30 AM to 05.30 PM Benefited :-MCA-2nd& IMCA-4thYear Event Details :- CSI & TNP cell was organized 4 days Aptitude training program in association with Pehla job, Mumbai for MCA 2nd year and IMCA 4th year students from date 8thMarch to 11th March 2018. The main objective behind this training program is to develop problem solving ability of students also to develop their logical thinking. For this training program Mr. Raman Sapkal was the trainer from Pehla Job, Mumbai. Mr. Raman trained students on various aptitude and logical reasoning topics. By this 4 days aptitude training session students were trained with the simple tricks, tips used to solve the different aptitude problems. Students enjoyed the training program and learn all the tips given by Mr. Raman and thanked to CSI and TNP cell for organizing such wonderful sessions for them.



Topic Name :“C++ programming skills contest “ Event Type : Competition Event Date :31/03/2018 Event Time : 10.00 am to 3.00 pm Benefited : MCA-1st& IMCA-2ndYear Event Details :- IMRD believe that competition scales very well. And we consider competitive programming to be a very good way to reach out and promote programming amongst students as it has certain advantages over other traditional methods. To achieve this goal C++ programming contest held by department of CSI. This competition conducted in 2 rounds as :

Event Name : Techno-fair Software Exhibition Event Type : Competition Event Date : 27/03/ 2018 Event Time : 11.00 am to 03.30 pm Benefited : BCA-3rd Year Event Details :- There are many students who always try to implement the things that they learn and they find these platforms of exhibitions a great way to showcase what and all that they have tried. It is always good to give the students a chance for implementing the things that they have learned

and also to apply their ideas and present things differently in their own unique way. This Exhibition aimed was to provide such platform for under graduate students.



Event Name : Project Exhibition for IMCA & MCA students Event Date : 02/04/2018 Event Time : 11.00 am to 03.00 pm Benefited : UG-IMCA-3rd, PG-IMCA-4th, MCA-2nd Year Event Details :- IMRD organized this competition for two categories PG & UG. In this Exhibition 54 teams from IMCA- 3rdfrom UG and From PG 8 teams from IMCA-4thand 13teams from MCA-2ndwere participated. Objectives:-
