SQUIER® Classic Vibe Series / zZounds T-shirt Promotion

GIFT LIMIT: One (1) Squier® Classic Vibe T-shirt

SPONSOR: Fender® Musical Instruments Corporation (“Fender”).

To be eligible to participate in this promotion, you must be at least 18 years old when you submit the attached form (“form”) to Fender. By participating, you represent and warrant to Fender that you have complied with these terms and conditions and that your form is accurate, current and complete.

Purchase one of the following Squier Classic Vibe Series® guitars through the online store at www.samedaymusic.com between July 1st, 2009 and July 31st, 2009.

To receive your free T-shirt, complete the form and send it to the address below with your original purchase receipt and your product serial number(s). We recommend that you keep a photocopy of your receipt for your own records and that you keep your Fender warranty verification (be sure to use a blue or black pen and clearly circle the line on your receipt indicating your new Fender Standard Stratocaster guitar).

We suggest that your keep this portion of the registration form for your own records. Also, please review these rules and regulations:
