R2 Library ezProxy Configuration
Document Purpose:
This document defines the basic configuration of the ezProxy proxy server required for remote R2library
access.
Intended Audience:
This document in intended for administrators, developers and technical support staff. Technical
questions should be referred to [email protected].
ezProxy Configuration:
ezProxy must be properly configured for R2Library access to work via the ezProxy proxy server. Also,
ALL the IP addresses of the proxy server must be added to R2Library in the System Preferences section
for your specific customer configuration.
Please make sure it is exactly shown below.
Note that 5.2 GA is CASE SENSISTIVE which is a new "feature" and causes numerous support issues after
a version 4 upgrade.
