EXHIBITION SPONSORSHIP; UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES

Registration DesksTo gain access to the Exhibition all visitors must pass through the various registration

points around the exhibition centre. As sponsor of this we will place your logo in

prominent locations of the surrounding area. If provided the registration staff will also

wear a uniform such as t-shirts & caps with your logo. You may also provide pens to

be used in this area.

Information Kiosks & Can I Help Staff

To ensure that the Arab Health visitor onsite experience is smooth and enjoyable the Information &

Assistance staff will be highly visible to offer advice and direction throughout the show. There will be

mobile staff constantly on the look out for lost visitors. The kiosks will carry your logo and the staff will

wear uniform provided by you to ensure brand exposure. The staffs proactive approach will demonstrate

the importance placed on the visitors success at the show and will guarantee the sponsor enjoys the

recognition this will provide.

Buses

At the end of a long day visitors are keen to leave the centre by the quickest means possible.

To assist with this we will provide buses operating on a shuttle system to take our visitors to key

locations around Dubai (Malls, Hotels etc). As sponsor of the buses you will benefit from a

number of these being branded inside and out with your logo. Your literature can also be

As part of our desire to ensure that delegates receive up to the minute training and

education we intend to run a number of workshops alongside the formal conference
