Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of July, two thousand fourteen.

[REPUBLIC ACT No.1 0 6 7 2 ]

AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO FARRELL ELDRIAN WU

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Farrell Eldrian Wu is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges, prerogatives, duties and obligations appurtenant thereto under the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; being a minor, his parents, Ching Yang Wu and Elaine Lim So, have given their full consent to his naturalization as expressed in their joint affidavit of consent dated December 15, 2014.

SEC. 2. Mter the taking by Farrell Eldrian Wu of his Oath of Allegiance before an officer duly authorized for this purpose, and the registration of the same with the Bureau ofImmigration, Farrell Eldrian Wu shall enter upon the full enjoyment of his Philippine citizenship.

SEC. 3. Upon registration of the Oath of Allegiance, the Bureau ofImmigration shall forthwith issue Farrell Eldrian WU's certificate of naturalization.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days afterits complete publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
