Les raccords instantanés Metal Work représentent lemoyen idéal de connexion entre les tubes et lescomposants pneumatiques.Pratiques et rapides à utiliser, les raccords instantanésMetal Work peuvent être montés et démontés des milliersde fois en conservant leur qualité d'étanchéité. Cesraccords disponibles en laiton nickelé ou entechnopolymère assurent une large gammed’application. Le profil de la griffe d’accrochage en inoxpermet d’assurer la tenue du tube sans le déformer etrend son démontage plus facile. La bague de démontagesur la Série RL comporte des fentes pour l’utilisation d’untournevis lorsque l’accessibilité est réduite. Les versionsavec corps technopolymère RL19, RL21, RL22, RL23,RL23M, RL24, RL42, RL43, RL44, RL45 et RL49 intègrentdes trous de fixations sur le corps pour faciliter leursimplantations.

CARACTERISTIQUES GENERALES
Tous les raccords comportent un filetagecylindrique avec joint O-ring intégré (BrevetMetal Work). L'utilisation du joint O-ringpermet le montage des raccords sur dessurfaces inclinées ou légèrement convexes.L'utilisation du Téflon (PTFE) n'est pasnécessaire.
Montage possible des raccords avec uneclef Allen ou une visseuse pneumatique.Tous les tés et coudes sont orientables.Réduction importante du temps demontage.
Grâce à l'adaptateur cylindrique un té égalpourra être utilisé soit en té mâle au centresoit en té mâle d'équerre.
Facilité de démontage du tube par légèrepression sur la bague. Démontage duraccord par un faible effort radial sur laclef de démontage.
D'UNE IDEE, UN SYSTEME
• 4 raccords de base permettent de réaliser toutes les combinaisonspossibles pour réaliser un circuit pneumatique.• Réduction du nombre de références à tenir en stock, doncréduction des coûts de gestion.

Pré-montage des raccords droits etadaptateurs cylindriques avec une visseusepneumatique même dans le cas d'entraxestrès proches.
Pré-assemblage des tubes sur les raccordsen T ou en L. Possibilité de stocker deséléments pré-assemblés dans le cas demontage en série.
Assemblage final du circuit pneumatiquetrès rapide.
D'UN SYSTEME, UNE INNOVATION
L'implantation d'un six pans creux sur lapartie supérieure des raccords banjoorientables permet le vissage à l'aide d'uneclef Allen même dans le cas d'entraxestrès proches et permet aussi une réductionimportante du temps de montage.
La solution du filetage cylindrique avec O-ring intégré permet le maintient del'étanchéité dans le cas ou le raccord doitsuivre le mouvement du tube.
Les raccords banjo avec joint O-ring intégréont un encombrement réduit.
