a native contribution on the blog site and show reflective accounts in your logbook. I urge you continue the good work and continue to challenge and stretch yourself and other company members to achieve the best possible outcome. I would challenge you as a dominant member of your company to take a step back and encourage and support other members of the company in a leadership role to build a better formed team. As directors sometimes we find ithard to give you notes and you don't always take them, we do these for a reason to help you improve your performance I urge you to let down your guard and be more vulnerable in the rehearsal process to let things happen naturally and see where it takes you as this way you will make more informed risks and it will in turn help you to become a more open and better rounded performer.

Comment: Your bring intelligence and imagination to the floor and you are obviously well read enough to take influence and inspiration from various sources and stimuli, we would however like to see this translated as research into your logbook and share your finding onyour company blog site. You obviously have high expectations of yourself and your fellow performers and it good to see you setting yourself high targets.
