Comment: You are a strong performer Raf and it is good to see you develop these skills ina medium to which you are notused. As you identified yourself, you have much still to learn to hit the highest grades but you have made a good start. Your competitiveness and your demands on yourself is a good thing when it is balanced byreasonable expectations of you

r peers. Be careful that you do not see your peers as all the same and push a one size pits all rational onto them. Everyone is different and has different expectations.

Comment: Raf you are a highlyphysical performer which is great to watch however you expect and demand a lot from your peers so I would take into consideration the different levels each individual is working at. You show real awareness on the physical floor and have a highly creative response to sti

muli you are very capable of creative spontaneity however you sometimes compromise that by over thinking and over planning. We see you taking some informed risks and your work in partnership with Rita was an exciting example of work in progress that is intriguing skilful and heartfelt.

Comment: You are more than capable of achieving the highestgrades possible, you are an assets to your company, you show great leadership skills have

a native contribution on the blog site and show reflective accounts in your logbook. I urge you continue the good work and continue to challenge and stretch yourself and other company members to achieve the best possible outcome. I would challenge you as a dominant member of your company to take a step back and encourage and support other members of the company in a leadership role to build a better formed team. As directors sometimes we find ithard to give you notes and you don't always take them, we do these for a reason to help you improve your performance I urge you to let down your guard and be more vulnerable in the rehearsal process to let things happen naturally and see where it takes you as this way you will make more informed risks and it will in turn help you to become a more open and better rounded performer.

Comment: Your bring intelligence and imagination to the floor and you are obviously well read enough to take influence and inspiration from various sources and stimuli, we would however like to see this translated as research into your logbook and share your finding onyour company blog site. You obviously have high expectations of yourself and your fellow performers and it good to see you setting yourself high targets.
