In his last major assignment, he worked as Executive Board Member and Practice Leader Open Programs Practice with FranklinCovey with complete responsibility for top line and bottom line results. Performance Highlights: Single handedly setting up the sales operations for FranklinCovey’s open programs in India and South Asian countries in 2005. Roll out of the 7 Habits, Productivity, Trust, Sales Performance and Leadership curriculum for PSU’s and Corporates. Launched ICF Accredited Brain Based Coaching programs in 2007 with NeuroLeadership Group (RCS) which resulted in creating more than 1500 certified coaches during his tenure. Instrumental in setting up the Knowledge Events vertical in 2006 & conducting large audience events with Dr. Stephen Covey, Dr. Ram Charan, David Rock, Stephen MR Covey and Chris McChesney with attendance exceeding more than 1000 participants for each event. After 27 years in the industry, Rahul decided to alter direction. Inspired by Dr. Stephen Covey's 8th Habit, "Find your voice and inspire others to find theirs", he now shares his passion by helping others succeed.
