HBC Sterling OMS(Order Management System) is a customized order management system designed to suit and cater the post order processing requirements for the US retail client named HBC(Hudson Bay Company).There were different projects ranging from Payment regression , Sustainment ,integra-tion testing in the backdrop of acquiring a new client named SAKS OFF5th .The post order processing cycle starting from order creation through different channels namely online and COM(call center order management system) tickles down to the HBC Sterling OMS. The order then will traverse through dif-ferent statuses like Created, Scheduled, Released and finally Shipped with the help of scheduling jobs/agents. The testing ensured smooth transition of the order through various order status along with prop-er update of Payment Information fields.
