Field ShoppingPROBLEM•Completing an oil well - Same Lease – Different Field (but in the same formation as existing wells in the lease)

– I.E. Complete wells #1-4 in Spraberry (Trend Area) and well #’s 5 & 6 in Sallie Ann (Spraberry Wolfcamp)

– Or wells #1-4 have SWR 10 exception for Spraberry (Trend Area), and Garden City , S. (Strawn) but wells # 5 & 6 have SWR 10 exception for Spraberry (Trend Area) and Dewey Lake (Strawn)

50

•Wells completed in the same lease and same formation must consistently use the same fields (primary reporting fields and secondary SWR 10 fields )

•Operators will be required to re-file:– Drilling Permit– SWR37– SWR38– SWR10
