Conversion Kits for Supertube Frames and All 2" Round Tube Frames

Convert your existing inventory to the MAXI Tube II slide-in track top system. You will immediately reduce labor costs for installing and removing your tent while reducing wear and tear on your top fabric. By upgrading rafters, crowns, and intermediates your current frame is ready for new slide-in tops and the benefits of 20', 25', 30', 40', and 50' slide-in systems. Upgrade to Maxi Lite Track components in light duty 2" tube frames from 10' to 30' wide. Conversion kits are adaptable to any major brand of tents.

Maximizer Tents are the strongest frame tent systems on the market and we have engineering to prove it! The Maxi frame tent system is ideal for high wind or semi-permanent installations where strength and durability are critical. Common tube lengths are used in a variety of tent sizes, configurations, and positions, simplifying parts management and minimizing your investment as your needs change or grow. All connectors are welded steel components assembled in state-of-the-art fixtures to ensure accuracy and are zinc plated to protect against rust. Connectors in the Maxi System have additional drilling locations for cross bolting to increase frame strength when needed in larger frames and are compatible through the entire system. Brace bars connect directly into the function slot of the Maxi Tube II eliminating bolt on brackets. The Maxi frame can be pinned for fast set up or bolted for long term stability. We use the best aluminum alloy to extrude all Maxi Tubes, then clear anodize the aluminum for long lasting protection from oxidation.

MAXI TUBE II™Keder tracks allow the tent top to slide into the rafters and sidewall into the legs quickly and easily, while adding greater strength and stability. The bottom “Function Slot” in the Maxi Tube II & Maxi Tube allows easy connection of brace bars and exclusive hanger brackets for décor and lighting elements.

MAXI IV™The newest tube in the Maxi line is used for eaves, ridges and hip locations. It allows sidewall to slide into the center track at the bottom and smoothly roll from side to side. Two extra tracks allow for additional connections such as liners, lights, and versatile keder hanger brackets for accessories and décor.

MAXI LITETRACK™Get a stronger 2” tube system and all the installation benefits of the slide-in fabric top system for 10’, 20’, 25’, and lightweight 30’ widths. The LiteTrack tube provides a cost effective upgrade to this improved technology for existing 2" frame tents.

MAXI TUBE™The original Maxi Tube was the first in a series of innovative extrusion designs that offered increased strength over other super tubes without additional weight. It also introduced the “function slot” feature at the bottom of the tube which ensured exact alignment when connecting tubes to fittings.

Maximizer 2-piece walls have all the high-end features and finishing details to enhance any tented event. Roller wheels at the top of each wall slide easily into the Maxi IV eave, allowing the wall to open and close in minutes as weather conditions change, or to move décor items in or out of the tent. Tie back straps hold the wall neatly open when desired. Edges are constructed with keder to lock the fabric into the Maxi II leg tracks, creating a sealed tenting environment. Other finishing details include: a heavy-duty placket zipper to stop light leak and keep out weather; a bottom pocket to tension the fabric and reduce wind sweep; a 12" ground flap to prevent rain from blowing under the walls. These high-quality walls are also available with Stayput hooks to attach the sidewall to your tents with strap and buckle tops.

Utility Sidewall is designed with lighter fabric and less detailing to provide basic sidewall function– and a price that will fit any budget. These one-piece walls install with hooks to your sidewall ropes. Side finish options include overlap, Velcro and grommet. All our sidewalls are available in various grades of block out, translucent and clear fabric, in sizes to fit your specific tenting application. Additional features can be added or altered for the sidewall that exactly meets your needs.

Center Pole Drapes – can be used with or without the ceiling liner to conceal the ropes and rigging.

Leg Drapes – provide a variety of decorating options. Fully bloused or straight tailored, the drape conceals the tent leg, tent rigging, electrical and decoration hardware for a totally finished appearance.

The Finishing TouchBaytex Tent Liners – provide the background for displaying the finished touches to make a party spectacular. The decorator can then add color, lighting, floral design, and special accents to set the theme for any occasion. Liners transform any interior to one with warmth, character and class.

The Standard Star ts Here...The Commitment:Simply to build a better environment for the interior of tents, structures and venues. At Baytex, our goal is to design elegant products that install quickly, hang beautifully and are easy to maintain.Custom designs and challenging projects are always considered. Computer aided designs bring us to a quick overview of all projects.

The Fabric:Baytex Liners are 100% Polyester fiber. Gathered liners are Silkline PLUS 75 and Smooth liners are Silkline 300. Inherently flame retardant, the fabric meets or exceeds the NFPA 701 small scale test and California Title 19 standards. In fact, our new fabric is nonflammable and will not support any flame. Liners and accessories can be machine washed with mild laundry detergent and machine fluffed or line dried. Standard laundry spotters can be used on tough stains and soils.

The System:Baytex Liners come complete with installation hardware and durable storage bags. Frame Liners are installed with a crown bridle, lifting bolt, and rope & pulley. Pole Liners include a pole saddle, bail ring, and rope & pulley. Structure Liners are installed with aluminum rails, connectors, and rope & pulley systems. Leg Drapes and Sidewall Drapes attach to the tent sidewall cord with stainless steel hooks. Center pole drapes attach to the pole liner bail ring. Storage bags are color coded by size category (tent width) for easy identification and organized inventory.

The Installation:Hardware components are installed during the tent assembly. The liner fabric installs after the tent is completely assembled, in most cases at ground level or eave height, seldom requiring ladders. End and Mid section of Baytex liners are joined together with Velcro seams and overlapping lifting devises so you can easily match your tent size with the modular components. The installation hardware can also be used to lift lighting fixtures or ceiling decor!

maintain. Chandleliers are available in three sizes, proportionally

designed for standard tent widths.

Light bulbs not included.

Great for outlining tent eaves and ridges or anywhere to strike a

mood. Easy to install, each lamp base with

6” globe has a stainless steel hook

and hangs on any perimeter cord

or sidewall line. Available with virturally

unbreakable white or clear prismatic

polycarbonate globes. Each string has a

lead power cord and pigtail for connecting

extensions.

Opti-Par Lighting................The Opti-Par is a specially designed reflector for higher output than conventional Par Cans. 120V, 575 hologen lamp shoots a clean white beam. Interchangeable lenses make it simple to change beam angle.

VIVO Lights...............Ideal for decorating tent interiors, tent liners, arches, gazebos, trees, or any where you want to create a starry effect. Master Kit includes 250' of white 18/3 light string with 12" socket spacing, clear bulbs, connectors, and tie wraps. Bulbs are available in either steady or twinkle and come in a ready-to-assemble kit. Bulk purchase available.
