Ledger Filters

▶ Be sure to add a new Ledger Filter to show Unapplied Payments and Adjustments from the individual Patient Ledger

▶ Enter on a Patient > L for Ledger > F to Find > Set Filter

▶ Select Unapplied radio option for Payments and Adjustments

▶ Add Filter to Title Bar with a Hot Key for easy access

▶ Use Reset Filter to flip back



Ledger Print Options

▶ Patient Ledger > Print > Ledger > Print in DOS with Limits

▶ New option to print only charges with a balance

▶ Even if a charge displays zero balance, but has + ins and - patient, then it will be displayed



Patient Statement - STATA

▶ Print a STATA if a patient needs a 2018 Summary Statement

▶ The primary feature of STATA is that it can be set to print even if patient has a zero balance

▶ If it is missing from your list, press A to Add on the Forms table and add it

▶ Option to Print a Query from the Patient Ledger and filter for only P payments

▶ Copy a Ledger Payment Query and save as “Ledger Patient Payment Query” with filter for responsibility “P”

▶ When posting a payment from the Secondary (B) Payor, a check box is available to allow the transfer and post even if no “B” is present on charges
