Silver Jubilee year with a special

assembly, and honouring the earliest

members who have been part of the

family. The entire week witnessed

multiple activities of charity, interaction

with Robin Hood army, run for

humanity, students enjoying movies,

picnic and DJ.

On 21st July 2017, RKK organised a marathon, ‘Run For Humanity’. Five hundred marathoners,

cyclists, Honourable Yuvrani Gayatri Rajye Sahiba, the Principal Mrs Neera Singh, parents and

social activists ran to support the cause of humanity.

The students of classes 10th and 8th

celebrated the Round Square Pillars

of the month by organising Intra

Class Cricket and Football Matches.

All the students became a part of

the event and participated with

great zeal in the matches. The

winning teams were given trophies.

RKK under the AFS exchange programme for the session 2017-18 is hosting two students.

The students from Italy and Thailand will be the part of Rajmata, Inter Cultural Exchange

Programme which aims for peaceful coexistence and inter cultural relationship.

WELMUN was held from 26th to 28th

July at Welham Boys, School,

Dehradun. The team comprised Rashi

Mathur, Anushree Agarwal, Shagun

Kapoor, Shubhangi Malani, Lakshya

Bohra , Tejasvi Dudi, Radhika

Bhandari , Priyardarshini Newton,

Mehar Chaudhary and Anushka Roy.

The delegates brought laurels and got

an opportunity to delve into serious

issues of Indo-Pak conflict, Babri

Masjid and Gulf War.

2017 for classes IX - XII. Each house

participated with eight participants who

displayed creativity, outstanding oratory and

comprehending skills in the competitions

based on English and Hindi Literature. Shri

Ambika House bagged the first prize followed

by Shri Durga House, third Shri Bhawani House

and fourth Shri Shakti House.

Class VIII visited Jal Bhagirathi Foundation on the 8th of July 2017 and were edified about

the relevance of conservation of water.

Class VII visited Saras Dairy on the 8th of July 2017. The aim of the visit was to educate the

students about the minute details of the dairy industry.

Robin Hood army had an interactive session with the students of RKK on the 17th of July

2017. Robin Hood is associated with a very noble cause of providing food to the deprived,

hungry and needy. The students were enlightened about the importance of food and the

need to save for the under privileged.

The students of Classes 9th to 12th had an Interactive Session with the members of the

Traffic Police on the 29th of July 2017, who apprised the students about traffic rules and the

necessity to follow the rules meticulously.

The students of Classes 9th to 11th had an Interactive Session with the members of the

Income Tax Department on the 24th of July 2017. The workshop aimed to educate the

students about the importance of income tax and the need to pay income tax regularly.
