    TOUR DETAILS

    • Deadline to submit properties for the tour is Wednesday at 10:00am

    • * Agents who miss the deadline can still make their property an “Add-on” at the meeting.

    • Tour zip codes are 92128 and 92127

    • Pitches allowed only for properties that are within the area served by Poway Unified School District.

    • $1 contribution at the door. All proceeds go to the charity drawing.

    TOUR RULES OR PITCH STEPS

    1. A full list of caravan rules can be found at ranchobernardobrokers.com

    2. The listing agent or a licensed representative must pitch a property on caravan and may distribute flyers at the property.

    3. If no one is present to pitch the property, it will be scratched from the caravan list.

    4. Properties on tour must be kept open until noon.

    5. Agents hosting tours may not leave the property unhosted and may not require agents to use a lockbox for self-entry, even if the property is vacant.

    6. Under normal circumstances, a property may not be re-toured for a six-month period.

    7. Flyers for properties may not be palced on the seating tables in the room.
