Navigate to: https://www.workplace.randstad.com/psp/PLPROD/CUSTOMER/CUST/?cmd=login
Log In using the Username and Password you created

Choose HRS Onboarding from the main menu

Choose Invite CandidatesClick Add

HRS Onboarding Invite When entering the required fields, you must select an Employee TypePlease note: the Freelancer position is Hourly Non Exempt

The Work Location Address is not required Please note: This will only be used only when the Candidate works in one location such as a corporate facility

After completing the invitation, click I Accept and then click Submit

Talent receives enrollment via email

Talent Starts Onboarding Process

To View the Status of the Candidate Invite, choose Client Manager Console from main menu

You can Search for a specific candidate by entering the First and/or the Last Name then click search

Information for only that specific candidate will be shown when searching by First and/or the Last Name

You can also Search for All by clicking only the Search button

Information for All candidates will be shown when searching with no specific criteria

View all Candidate Information on one line by clicking the Show All Columns Icon here

Talent Complete - Talent has completed their enrollment
HRS Processing Complete – Randstad has received all enrollment documentsHiring Complete – Talent is ready to be scheduled for work
