School Survey As a school we have been reflecting on our lockdown time and what we have learnt from this experience. We want to take these learnings to enhance our curriculum here at school. Thank you to those who have already given us valuable feedback . We would really appreciate your feedback and thoughts around this. Today another emailed link to a short survey has been sent out. If you could please complete this by Monday it would be appreciated. Thank you for your support and helping us to make Ranzau shine!

New School Shirts We are excited to announce, after our consultation at the end of last year, we now have our new school shirts. If you would like to order one, we will have samples in the Library next week before school if you would like to check sizing. Orders are to be placed online with Probrands by next Thursday 18 June. A reminder that our shirts are optional and students will still be allowed to wear our old school shirts until the end of 2021.

Parent Coffee Morning: To celebrate Level 1 and be able to be back together there will be a Connect coffee morning next Friday, 19 June after the morning assembly at the café across the road at the church. Ranzau Connect invites all parents, new or existing to come along.

SAUSAGES AND SAVELOYS: Sausages and Saveloys will now be available to purchase starting next Friday 19th June. They will be available for sale outside the Multipurpose Room prior to school starting for $1.50 each.

Future Planning At the moment we are planning for our school and your child’s future. As part of this we look at our school structure and class organization. To help us with our planning we would like to know of any families who may be considering enrolling students at Ranzau over the next 12 to 24 months. If you know of any families who may be in this situation please ask them to contact the school before the end of the term.

Lost Property – Please name your children’s clothing and shoes. This continues to be a major issue. We believe that the responsibility for looking after clothing belongs with the children themselves. Lost property that has been around for more than a week will be sent away.

Families are encouraged to borrow books from our school library. We have a specialized section just for parents. You are welcome to come in and make use of the available resources.
