QUICK-SETTING ANTI-SHRINKAGE MORTAR FOR FIXING CLASS CC-R4Compliant with UNI EN 1504-3

DESCRIPTIONIt is a premixed mortar based on special hydraulic binders with an high resistance and quick set at compensated shrinkage, fiber reinforced with a special composition of polypropylene fibers, compliant with UNI EN 1504-3 class CC-R4, specific to fix inside and outside, quickly false frames, railings, windows, cable, electrical boxes, pipes, security doors, cement pipes, manhole covers, etc.

COMPOSITION Special hydraulic binders with an high resistance and quick set, selected calcareous aggregates with grading from 0 to 0,7 mm, polypropylene fibers, additives tested for the specific use which give to the product a very high adhesion and workability.

FEATURESAn accurate and selective choice of the main materials made with a perfect grading curve, tank to the use of our own crush system, produce just adding water a mortar very plastic and easily workable. No cracks, no detachment is resistant to corrosion and impact resistance. Is the ideal solution for intervention of rapid fixing.

USEFor rapid fixing of false frames, railings, windows, cable, electrical boxes, pipes, security doors, cement pipes, manhole covers etc. The compensated shrinkage and the addition of fibers does not cause damages and detachments from the fixing support as the normal quick cements.

APPLICATIONThe surface being plastered must be free of dust and dirt. Any traces of oil, grease, wax etc. must be removed in advance.To wet, in advance, particularly absorbent surfaces or dried or exposed to hot climates.To mix by hand with clean water, in the amount applicable in 3 minutes.To mix with cold water during summer and with warm water during winter.To apply exclusively on concrete or reinforced concrete substrates, cement plasters, brick, stones.Don’t apply on frozen substrates, with frost or possible frost in 24 hours.
