About 7th Heaven Calendarsre-branded to RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS

7th Heaven Calendars is a local swimsuit calendar, established in 2013 by local modeling liaison, Richard Baldwin. As we approach the dawn of 2015 we recognize our accomplishments as a publication and have searched out ways to strengthen our brand. One of the ways we have chosen to change for the better is a complete re-brand of 7th Heaven Calendars name and logo to RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS.

As a brand, ‘7th Heaven Calendars’ name did not test favorably across the nation, as well as RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS. There was confusion as to what the name means or what it’s supposed to represent, a large majority associated the name with the religious family sitcom ‘7th Heaven’ and other’s associated the name with less fashionable industries.

Once we learned how our brand was losing marketing, by something as simple as a name, we decided to test a handful of names across large demographics of consumers: AZ Swimsuit Calendar, RB Calendars, Baldwin Calendars, and finally, the most favorable and highest rated, RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS.

The following data, is the accumulated data of 7th Heaven Calendars from our launch in Jan. 2013 to our re-brand today. Throughout the Media Kit you will see what has been accomplished and how we our aggressively changing in order to further our brand’s reach, so we may better serve our models and our sponsors!

Although 7th Heaven Calendars has been re-branded to RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS, the calendar will remain to stay active within the community, creating events with our sponsors and a variety of the finest venues across The Valley. Below is a list of venues and sponsors we have hosted events with! As an organization we have continued to market 7th Heaven Calendars 2014 even after the re-brand and will continue hosting calendar signing events, e.g. October 17th at Murphy’s Law in Chandler.

As we evolve as a calendar and brand, we will be more focused on launching the new RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS in multiple cities across The State. In the past, we have launched the calendar in Scottsdale and featured a large bulk of events in Scottsdale. However, we feel confident adding our launch into the Tempe market, and incorporating monthly events in the Tempe market as well as the Scottsdale market will more than double the exposure of the calendar and our fan base.

HOW does RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS set up our events for success? RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS uses all of our resources e.g. website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, word of mouth marketing, email blasts and text message updates to our fans and followers. One of the most important elements to an event is evening out the ratio of women to men as close as possible. With calendar signing events, RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS is bringing some of the most beautiful women into your venue during off peak hours in order to build a crowd that continues to grow from open to close, verses a handful of rushes only during peak hours.

RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS works with local talent and sponsors, as such we are able to build a strong event by featuring a variety of sponsors at our events. This allows us to start filling the venue from the start, as well as puts more word of mouth advertising directly into the community. The more features added to signing events the better guarantee of success. At the same time, we are able to put Runway shows together, in order to add more of an entertainment factor. During the signing, we usually have a pop-up tent available to be used at venues with patios. Otherwise, we typically bring an 8 ft. Step and Repeat, red carpet, calendars and apparel for your patrons! Most entertainment venues have their own event photographer, if not, RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS may supply a photographer. After the event, RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS brands all the images collected with the venue’s, calendar’s and sponsor’s logos. Once all the images are finished being branded, we upload them to as many profiles and websites as possible, this way the venue and all parties continue to receive marketing even well after the event has been hosted.

Rare Beauty Calendars utilizes ALL of our fan pages and model profiles to add exposure to our sponsors. Each day we suggest ‘friends’ to like a variety of our sponsors Facebook fan page. As such, we track the growth by recording the day we sent the invitations, what the fan page was at (number) the day of and what the fan page number is 24 hours after suggesting our friends.

Sponsorship Dollars Go?RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS is unique in the way we compensate and treat our talent. Each model with RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS receives base pay along with their swimsuit for shooting with the calendar. We don’t just stop there! In order to better empower our models to earn more money with RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS, they receive commissions for any sponsors they gain and for any calendars they sell, both online and on consignment or at events.

Because our models are able to earn more with RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS we see a greater participation rate with our models than most publications. This greatly attributes to building the bonds between our models and businesses both large and small. Since the models have a chance to earn sponsors they become better brand ambassadors for every sponsor because of that personal sense of accomplishment, and seeing the rewards of their hard work.

Sponsorship dollars also go towards the cost of shooting and printing. TEST SHOOTS - ADDED MARKETINGDid you know, RARE BEAUTY CALENDARS test shoots with each of our models before they are cast for the calendar? This guarantees us to have the best quality of models. The images collected from the test shoot and each models final shoot are released throughout the year, diving our fans more reasons to visit our site day after day. We design these images into online advertisements of each model, in order to better expose our sponsors and maintain our fans interest throughout the year.
