You shall submit an undertaking from your guide/co-guide stating that he/she shall nothave more than registered Ph.D. candidates in the capacity as guide/co-guide (In prescribedform). as per the provisions of the Direction No. 1 of 2016 and 81 of 2016.

In addition to above, the candidate shall follow the instructions as mentionedbelow :

a) He/she shall submit his original qualifying degree certificate which shall be returned tohim after verification. You are also therefore requested to submit your marklist/degree

verification certificate in original within 30 days from receipt of this letter failing whichyour registration stands cancelled.

b) He/she shall pay six monthly retention fee of Rs. 500/- (from the date of Registration)every six months for retaining his/her name on the register of research students, thepayment of six monthly retention fee are 15th January and 15th July every year, Failure toremit the retention fee within the schedule date shall be charged late fee Rs. 25/- for eachterm.

c) The course work is compulsory and it will be treated as pre-Ph.D. preparation.Completion Report of the course work shall be submitted to the Ph.D. Cell by the Guidethrough the Head/ Principal/ Director, of the Department/College of the Place ofResearch;

d) That you shall submit to the Controller of Examinations through the Head, Place ofResearch and the guide the progress report of your research after every six months. Ifyou fail to submit three reports consecutively, your registration may be cancelled byResearch and Recognition Committee on the recommendations of the guide and of Head/Principal/ Director, of the Department/College of the Place of Research..

e) This letter is subject to correction, if any.

a) He/she shall submit his original qualifying degree certificate which shall be returned tohim after verification. b) He/she shall pay six monthly retention fee of Rs. 500/- (from the date of Registration)every six months for retaining his/her name on the register of research students, thepayment of six monthly retention fee are 15th January and 15th July every year, Failure toremit the retention fee within the schedule date shall be charged late fee Rs. 25/- for eachterm.

c) The course work is compulsory and it will be treated as pre-Ph.D. preparation.Completion Report of the course work shall be submitted to the Ph.D. Cell by the Guidethrough the Head/ Principal/ Director, of the Department/College of the Place ofResearch;

d) That you shall submit to the Controller of Examinations through the Head, Place ofResearch and the guide the progress report of your research after every six months.
