cultural events available near you (both

within and outside of Ryerson University)

Please read and sign the student protocol binder

the next time you visit the student space.

2. Do your Dishes

The kitchen is a shared area and occasionally we

have prospective students and other visitors in our

lounge to show the supports that we offer. Please

be mindful and clean any dishes or silverware that

you use after each use.

3. Fill out the Questionnaire! We encourage our

students from all years, whether they are under-

graduate, graduate or continuing education, to fill

our questionnaire. You can win a gift card!

We are currently recruiting for our Aboriginal Foundations Program which is for individuals

interested in getting into university, for those interested in professional development, and

current students who would like to improve their essay-writing skills.

TUTORING at R.A.S.S.

We are currently seeking Aboriginal students in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th years—or Aboriginal

graduate students—who would be interested in joining our list of potential tutors for the 2016-

2017 Academic Year. Tutors are required to have attained at least a B+ in the course they

would like to tutor, and have a CGPA of at least 2.67. If you are interested in becoming an Abo-

riginal Tutor please contact Amanda Thompson at [email protected] .

If you are an Aboriginal Student and you are having difficulty in your course-work and would

like to work with a tutor please contact Diane at [email protected] with the course you are

seeking assistance in, as well as a brief outline what is going on. Please note—it can take 2+

weeks to find and set up a tutor for you.

Interested in getting back into school, taking some interesting courses on Aboriginal

experiences, or even just adding on to your degree? Consider the Aboriginal Knowledges and

Experiences Certificate! The Aboriginal Knowledges & Experiences Certificate is a six-course

certificate offered through the Chang School, flexible for both students and those looking into
