FINAL SOLUTION

Round Robin is our final solution because it is the fairest and the one that met more of the criteria. This solution would is easy and would prevent the roommates from getting into arguments.

• PROS

1. Fairest.

2. Easy way for everyone to understand and implement.

3. Work as a team.

• CONS

1. Its by chance.

2. Obligated to clean other chores.

3. Not cleaning up after yourself.

Implementing Solution

1. At the very beginning the land lord will be present to talk about the agreement that has been set by he/she in the lease agreement.

2. Rotate on a week to week basis. Between Vacuuming, Dusting, Cleaning the Kitchen, and the Bathroom.

3. When the cleaning supplies are low one person will switch off each month or as needed to pick up cleaning supplies.

In using this solution it will be fair for each of the roommates. It will help with having the apartment clean and tidy so that all the roommates can accomplish the task that is required. Each roommate will be able to pay more attention in schooling and less about the messy room.
