Girona Trip—10 Year Anniversary—

Ten years ago JOGSCOTLAND Strathclyde Park went their first trip to Girona in Spain and we did to it again a few times but it had been a while so we decided to celebrate the 10 year anniversary with a trip back and it was such fun we all had a blast a mixture of Walkers & runners 15 in total. We had a blast …..loads of photos but don't want to bore you all oh think maybe we did whilst we were there :).

We did our 1st run after we had unpacked on Wed after-noon then we ran or walked at 8am Thurs & Fri with an afternoon session each day at 3pm which was yoga and circuits outside in a beautiful park!! Don't know what the locals thought. We then had our final run on sat morning which was mainly off road up to the castle. Watch this space as we are hoping to arrange another trip!
